Unión Berlín ganó y entró en zona de Champions
Unión Berlín superó de local a RB Leipzig por 2 a 1 y se metió en zona de clasificación a la próxima Champions League, al quedar cuarto en la Bundesliga del fútbol alemán a ocho puntos del líder Bayern Múnich, al empezar la 14ª fecha.
El delantero nigeriano Taiwo Awoniyi (6m PT) y el alemán Timo Baumgart (12m ST) convirtieron para lo que fue la sexta victoria del conjunto berlinés en el actual torneo; el atacante francés Christopher Nkunku (13m PT) descontó para la visita.
Con el resultado Unión Berlín trepó al cuarto lugar del torneo de fútbol germano con 23 puntos. Leipzig quedó octavo con 18.
