Una mujer de Frontera abre su ventana para incentivar a los chicos a que lleven libros y lean
Adriana Utrera los espera en barrio Eva Perón, pero pese a su iniciativa le dicen que no tienen interés. Igual buscar darle la vuelta y despertar su curiosidad.

En el barrio Eva Perón, allá donde en Frontera las calles no tienen números sino nombres una mujer tuvo una loable iniciativa intentando hacer un aporte para transformar el mundo, o por lo menos la realidad más cercana a ella.
Adriana Utrera de Galván tiene desde hace varios años un negocio donde vende artículos de librería en una casa dividida en parte por el comedor y en la otra el comercio del barrio donde atiende desde atrás de la ventana.
Esa ventana precisamente es la que abre la nota porque detrás de ella no solo hay artículos intercambiados por dinero sino un cajón donde hay revistas y libros de diferente tipo que ella regala, intercambia y vuelve a reponer.
Su objetivo es muy sencillo porque lo hace para incentivar la lectura en los chicos y chicas pero también los adultos y cualquier persona que se acerque interese y quiera llevárselo a su casa. Aunque la propuesta es buena no todo es aliciente puesto que por el momento son pocos los niños que se animaron a llevarse algo.
Eso es lo que en el fondo le duele a esta mujer, pero no por ello hace que saque ese cajón que sigue ahí firme como la intención de Adriana.
La propuesta
En la casa de Américo Chiappero 3300 casi llegando a Agustín Giletta vive Adriana, la mujer contó que su idea surgió "pensando que es algo que podría ayudar a los niños a incentivar a la lectura" considerando que la gran mayoría están inmersos en la tecnología y específicamente en los celulares.
"Hice limpieza y encontré varios libros, pensé que podía armar un cajoncito para una biblioteca ambulante donde los chicos puedan llevar lo que quisieran. Puse revistas y libros, cuando vienen los invito para que lleven y no devolverlo o si quieren traer otros. Pensando que eso puede ayudarlos a despertar el deseo de leer", relató.
Lo que hizo no le costó absolutamente nada y aprovecha con cada persona que va para preguntar si quieren llevarse algo. El barrio está lejos de la Biblioteca Municipal que está sobre el camino interprovincial - aledaño a la casa de gobierno de Frontera - y al no haber clases en esta época la biblioteca escolar no funciona.
Pocos interesados
En esa zona de la ciudad de Frontera los chicos tienen el anexo de la Escuela Secundaria Nº 329 y la Escuela N° 735 "General José de san Martín" que durante el receso escolar están cerradas por lo que acceder a la búsqueda de libros para los estudiantes no es posible temporalmente.
No obstante, la idea de Adriana no abarca solo a los chicos, "los adultos también podrían llevar un libro o buscar algo acá y por eso ella pensaba que "con esto podía ayudar en algo a alguien".
"Los chicos ... a mí me llama mucho la atención ... no les interesa. Les digo '¿te querés llevar algo para leer?' y me dicen 'no'. Les pregunto '¿no te gusta leer?' y dicen 'no'. Me da lástima que pase eso", expresó la mujer.
Desinterés
Cuando era niña, en su casa Adriana tiene todavía el reflejo en la mente de su mamá leyendo y enseñándole la importancia de leer. Esa es su experiencia que fue creciendo y lo hizo un hábito. En su casa no se podían comprar los libros así que aprovechaba la escuela para sacarlos. Ella reconoce que "en esa época no había tanta tecnología, pero tenía el deseo de leer".
Ahora de grande tiene una discapacidad visual que le impide leer como en ese entonces, en su celular por ejemplo tiene todo con audio y la letra al máximo, a pesar de todo explicó: "Mi discapacidad me limita, pero no me quita el deseo".
Por eso el impacto del desinterés para ella es más duro y de ahí que apeló a intentar despertar el deseo en estos chicos.
"Cuando los chicos dicen 'No, no me gusta leer' duele porque hay algo que falla en no sé si decir el sistema educativo o el hogar que no incentiva la lectura, sí hay mucha televisión o tecnología", afirmó.
En este sentido la señora reflexionó que "hoy no se tiene un libro completo, sino que los chicos acceden a las fotocopias y estudian a partir de fracciones de textos" y agregó: "Son fotocopias donde no sabemos de autor y de bibliografía, el niño tiene contacto con una fotocopia".
Algunas causas
La mujer insiste en que a los chicos hay que decirles, preguntarles, invitarlos a leer y señaló: "Todavía pienso en sacar la mesita afuera con libros, poner el pizarrón y dibujen, lean, aunque sea unas páginas y que se relacionen con el papel".
Ella no habla desde un lugar superior, sus hijos fueron a la Escuela N° 735, la de la zona donde vive y recordó que en esa época no pedían más textos completos. "Cuando pregunté por qué los maestros me dijeron que de un aula de 20 niños solo cuatro padres podían comprar el libro y no podían trabajar donde el 90 % de los chicos no lo tenían. Entonces se usaban las fotocopias", rememoró.
Adriana cuando ve que nadie se lleva nada piense que todavía tiene que haber algo para que los chicos y chicas de alguna forma se despierten, insiste en que "tiene que haber curiosidad" la misma que tenía ella de pequeña.
"Cuando a un niño que ni siquiera sabe leer, no le llama la atención, aunque sea la revista para cortar, ver colores quiere decir que algo pasa. Por eso creo que el cajoncito es poner un granito de arena en el desierto", finalizó.
