Un año que marchó sobre ruedas
La entrenadora Daiana Almada evaluó como "positivo" el balance de la temporada 2021 en la que desarrolló una intensa actividad.
Emulando su gloriosa época de deportista, Daiana Almada este año no se bajó un momento de la bicicleta. Claro que ahora haciéndolo en el rol de entrenadora, transmitiendo su experiencia y conocimientos en el plano competitivo y recreativo.
Una temporada tan intensa como eficiente en la que hizo su debut como directora técnica de Córdoba en los Juegos Binacionales, supervisó la preparación de su hermano Maximiliano con vistas a la Doble San Francisco- Miramar y acompañó a sus alumnos de su academia Team Campeón.
La profesora de Educación Física se prestó gentilmente al diálogo con LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO donde hizo un balance del calendario deportivo que calificó de "positivo" y en el que continuó haciendo docencia además de haber capitalizado nuevas vivencias para su crecimiento personal.
-¿Qué significó integrar el cuerpo técnico del seleccionado de Córdoba en los Juegos Binacionales?
-Significó una nueva experiencia en mi carrera como entrenadora, fue muy valiosa la propuesta que me hizo Raúl Pirello (su ex entrenador) y se lo agradezco. Se trató de mi primera vez al frente de un seleccionado donde estuve atenta a lo que necesitaban Raúl (técnico), Emanuel (mecánico) y por supuesto los chicos a los que aconsejé tanto deportiva como personalmente porque son todos adolescentes y para la mayoría de ellos era la primera vez en un seleccionado.
-¿Quedaron satisfechos con la medalla de bronce obtenida en la modalidad Scratch?
-Estábamos felices, para Máximo Cornejo fue el último año de participación en los Juegos Binaciones al igual que Santiago Viotto, tienen un nivel muy alto de rendimiento y era de esperar que trabajando juntos iban a lograr grandes resultados.
Se pusieron la camiseta los chicos, se planteó un plan de carrera y le dimos para adelante. Fue hermoso verlos correr, dejaron el corazón.
Los varones hicieron también las pruebas de pista, cuarteta, velocidad por equipo, scratch, puntable y corrieron en ruta la CRI y la prueba de línea. Valentina Fransoy solo participó en las pruebas de ruta CRI y la prueba de línea.
-Por otra parte estuviste preparando a tu hermano Maximiliano para la Doble...
-En las primeras etapas de su entrenamiento estaba más cerca de él planificando día tras días para que pueda levantar su nivel lo más rápido posible, él es un atleta de alto rendimiento que conoce su cuerpo y sabe cómo ir manejándolo.
Entrenamos en la pista y en la ruta, horas exactas lo que más pueda y los fines de semana fondos y competencias sin importar el resultado. El no pudo entrenar 8 horas como en su etapa de deportista, tuvimos que adaptar realizando trabajos de calidad analizando siempre sus sensaciones corporales.
-¿Cuál es el objetivo que se trazaron?
-El objetivo es llegar lo más adelante posible, está bien preparado, tiene experiencia, hay que ver cómo se plantea la competencia. Va a correr en el equipo Bragado Cicles y lo veo feliz, veo brillo en sus ojos, está muy concentrado en el objetivo y lo más importante es que ama lo que hace.
-¿Qué balance haces de la temporada?
-Fue un año con muchos desafíos, constantemente adaptándome a cambios para poder darle lo mejor a mis alumnos y que siempre mantengan su nivel para poder lograr sus mejores resultados en las competencias y a la vez trabajar para que mi equipo recreativo crezca aprendiendo al igual que el competitivo más allá de que se dediquen o no a la competencia.
El balance es muy positivo, me encuentro entrenando alumnos de diferentes niveles y disciplinas, están los que se dedican a la ruta, pista, mountan bike, en donde todos lograron excelentes resultados y también el nivel recreativo que han hecho grandes desafíos este año.
No es fácil estar con todos, pero la pasión me supera y dejo el ciento por ciento para cada uno de ellos. Se sumaron alumnos al equipo competitivo y también muchos del recreativo, es muy positivo ya que a pesar de que uno tiene horarios fijos de salida, ellos pueden agruparse y salir para no perder entrenamientos.
-¿Qué encuentran los alumnos en tu academia?
-La academia "Team campeón" hace 5 años que funciona y quienes concurren encuentran amistad, acompañamiento por parte del profesor y sus compañeros, mejoran su condición física, eso los lleva a querer más y a su vez psicológicamente uno va trabajando en la superación diaria.
-¿Cuáles son tus consejos prioritarios?
-Uno de los fundamentos por el cual entreno con ellos es para corregir constantemente como se pedalea, la posición de la bicicleta que deben llevar, como ir a rueda. Una vez que aprendieron eso sigo con otros aspectos técnicos- tácticos que se van presentando.
Lo importante de la enseñanza es que mis alumnos se van ayudando mutuamente, por ejemplo los chicos del competitivo asesoran y acompañan a los chicos del recreativo para que ellos logren mejorar y aprender lo que les enseñe a ellos y así avanzar en conjunto sin que nadie pierda su nivel.
-¿Se cierra un año fructífero para vos?
-Sí, feliz porque todos los objetivos que me fueron planteando los chicos se pudieron cumplir. Felicitarlos a todos ellos porque hacen un sacrificio enorme, la mayoría tiene sus familias, trabajos y deben acomodar todo para poder hacer lo que les gusta de la mejor manera posible siempre muy orgullosa y feliz de tenerlos.
