Tic tac: el viejo galpón donde no siempre pasa el tiempo y vive la historia
En 1º de Mayo 345 hay un viejo edificio que cuando levanta sus persianas, deja de parecer antiguo para mostrar una parte del pasado. Si las personas se toman tiempo podrán ir aportando piezas al gran rompecabezas de la historia urbana sanfrancisqueña.

Tic... tac... tic... tac. De fondo en la vieja casona de Fanny Francia solo se escucha ese ruido y un poco más atrás el de su esposo lijando una puerta vieja, pero no desvencijada, que pronto volverá a su rusticidad.
El tiempo no pasa en este galpón que es una parte de la historia viviente de San Francisco, y forma parte de un retazo de aquella primera época combinado con la estación del Ferrocarril Belgrano que se encuentra a pocas calles de allí.
Esa casona tiene tantos años como el primer tren que pasó por esta ciudad. Más allá del detalle, indisimulable por la relación que guarda con el sector, esta no es la historia de la casona, ni de Fanny en particular.
Contrario a lo que podría pensar cualquiera en verdad esta es la historia de todos, la de San Francisco y que ella contó sin prisa ni pausas en un lugar donde sobra la magia pero ésta no empalaga sino que da placer y felicidad.
"Cada mueble, o capa de pintura que sacamos tiene una historia, todo es parte de ese relato que tiene que ver con el arte. Para mí este lugar es un bien familiar que me dejó mi papá y yo continúo la historia", dijo Fanny al pasar mientras recorría por millonésima vez el lugar.
El reloj sigue corriendo, las palabras en la entrevistada fluyen y ella camina y describe todo lo que hay guardado allí y lo que permite a cualquier persona que quiera entrar, tomar un mate y escuchar música o leer, tal vez pintar o ser parte de su taller de arte.
Mientras Nelson Carrizo - su esposo, sigue lijando como quien busca respuestas inconclusas en el pasado.
Los relojes y su tic...tac lento a veces, y otro más rápido, dan cuenta del tiempo una noción que se pierde cuando se entra a este centenario galpón.
Restauradora y artista
Fanny es docente, esa es su profesión en la vida. Sin embargo cuando cruza la puerta de ese lugar donde pasó su infancia y vivió dos años estando ya casada se convierte en una persona. Se libra de todo tipo de ataduras y estructura dando rienda suelta a su otra profesión.
Ella dice que "es artista plástica porque así lo decidió el público" entre risas pero en realidad debe ser así. Al fin y al cabo quienes llegan a conocer de verdad el interior de alguien pueden dar cuenta también de algún rasgo identitario particular que tengan.
"Me dedico a esto creo que desde toda la vida pero más intensamente desde hace 5 años. Esto lo hago como hobby como entretenimiento para recuperar cosas familiares y partes del patrimonio cultural de la ciudad", expresó a LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO.
Antes una carpintería
El lugar donde estamos fue hace muchos años parte de un barrio que creció en popularidad con la llegada del ferrocarril. Si se sale a la vereda se ve a pocas cuadras la vieja estación del Belgrano, y casi como si fuera una casualidad del destino el tren también pasó con su lenta marcha por el lugar.
Fanny no se dio cuenta de eso porque estaba inmersa en la historia, la suya. Hija de Eliquio Francia se crió allí con sus dos hermanas porque ahí trabajaba su papá de carpintero.
"Acá pasaron tres generaciones, incluido mi papá, de carpinteros pero no fue familiar sino que él la compró cuando ya funcionaba. Le gustaba pasar desapercibido, incluso entraba por la puerta de al lado no donde están las persianas", recordó Fanny a quien podemos describir con una sonrisa permanente en su rostro, a la que le brillaron siempre los ojos en la charla.
Para ella, este lugar ubicado entre las calles Salta y Dante Alighieri es especial y trabajaron mucho con su esposo para mantener "lo máximo posible la estructura original" y así sucedió con el piso, techo y las cabreadas que son típicas de las estructuras ferroviarias.
"Poner bien este edificio es cuestión de dinero, nosotros mientras tanto lo arreglamos de a poco. Reconstituimos todo lo que se podía a su estado original y otras han ido cambiando", relató mientras caminaba con el termo bajo el brazo y extendía un mate caliente en un lugar grande pero donde no se notaba el frío ni la soledad.
El galpón donde Fanny tiene su taller perteneció a su papá donde tenía su carpintería.
Objetos por todos lados
Fanny es espontánea y sincera, va contando la historia de a poco con alegría y a medida que surgen datos en su memoria. Para ella es importante salir y no dar una vuelta común al centro, sino encontrarse allí mismo con un contenedor donde hay cosas que otros desestimó.
"Acá hay muchas cosas que salieron de remates. La mayoría de las cosas las fui comprando, aunque quedaban cosas de mi papá. Hay otras que saqué de contenedores o quedan fuera de uso y las tiran", describió señalando un mueble con papeles adentro.
Ninguno es casual ahí hay viejas postales, fotos antiguas, revistas, todo tipo de papeles que tienen valor histórico y que muchas veces podrían terminar hasta en un asador: "Hay un mueble donde todo lo que tiene dentro fue sacado de la basura. Fotografías antiguas, postales, revistas todos indicadores del pasado que tienen un valor particular, incluso hasta un viejo manual de Historia Argentina con imágenes de cómo se gestaron los grandes hechos patrios".
Alrededor hay más, es que de hecho en todos los rincones hay un poco más. Reposeras infantiles en perfecto estado, máquinas de coser a las que solo les falta hilo para ponerlas en marcha, o máquinas de escribir tan relucientes como si hubieran sido sacadas recién de un comercio.
Desde televisores antiguos, radios, discos viejos de bandas como The Police o del mismísimo Elvis Presley, acá hay de todo.
Revalorizar lo antiguo
Si se le pregunta a Fanny porqué guarda esas cosas, en realidad ella no las recopila sino que las deja listas funcionando como si nunca hubieran dejado de estar en uso. La historia para ella es arte, el patrimonio no tiene que responder desde su concepción a algo inerte sino todo lo contrario; por eso detalló: "Es una recopilación de la historia en otro formato que no es papel ni virtual sino con objetos reales y cuentan historias".
Cada mueble, o capa de pintura que sacamos tiene una historia, todo es parte de ese relato que tiene que ver con el arte y ella lo trabaja desde ese punto de vista estético.
Al cruzar la puerta nadie pensaría que hay un mundo tan diferente allí adentro, Fanny disfruta de ver como los rostros se transforman cuando la persona choca en cierta forma con su propio pasado, con su historia comunitaria.
"Todas las personas le damos valor a distintas cosas, yo a los objetos que tienen historia y puedo exhibir para que otros lo vean, algo muy antiguo no tiene que estar en un contenedor sino exhibido. Es preservar y contar parte de la historia, ponerla a disposición de todos los que quieran entrar y ver", aclaró y señalando la puerta sostuvo que "quien quiera puede pasar y disfrutar del lugar".
"Esto es como un gran rompecabezas", dijo Fanny sobre el galpón, su mundo que es un "caos ordenado".
Fanny abre las puertas del galpón y siente que ese es su lugar en el mundi: "el paraíso".
Se admiten visitas
Para ella todo es excusa para hablar de la historia, disfrutar del arte, aprender cómo éste puede tener distintas formas e incluso intervenir objetos antiguos para volverlos a la vida.
En este sentido, mirando al techo, el mismo de hace más de 100 años, dijo: "Este es un lugar mágico. La gente viene escucha los discos, revuelven entre los libros. Seguramente tendrá algo de magia o de fantasmas pero es un lugar agradable para muchos".
Fanny cuando abre la puerta de este edificio siente que "está en el paraíso", ella lo concibe como "un cable a tierra". Su oficio casi no tiene nombre es la combinación de muchas cosas, para esta mujer es más fácil relatarlo: "Para mí es juntar partecitas de la historia, es un gran rompecabezas. Aunque parezca un caos siempre hay un orden, es un caos ordenado. Lo lindo de esto es que por ejemplo buscando siempre encuentro la tapa de la botella que no la tenía y pongo cosas en su lugar, junto esas partes a nuestra historia".
En esa casa donde pasó su infancia con su papá que le enseñaba a usar las máquinas y herramientas de la carpintería; donde vivió dos años siendo jovencita ya casada con Nelson y donde ahora pasa gran parte de su tiempo "juntando pedazos de historia", allí ella se siente feliz, y no es para menos.
Cuando llegamos el sol estaba todavía arriba, nos vamos y comenzó a bajar, ya no está el tren pero sí los relojes despertadores antiguos. Tic... tac... el grabador nunca se apagó, la historia como la concibe Fanny y su voz tampoco.
