Sinónimo de una gran comunidad industrial
Tres trabajadores con diferentes recorridos laborales opinaron sobre la transformación del Parque Industrial de San Francisco.
A lo largo de los años cada vez más empresas migraron de la urbanización al predio donde se erige el Parque Industrial, otras tantas que se formaron directamente allí, pero lo que trasciende y une a todas es esa enorme masa de trabajadores que forman parte de una gran comunidad industrial.
César Amantini tiene 49 años y hace 30 es parte de Macoser y en ese lapso pasó de la fábrica que estaba sobre Bv. 9 de julio al Parque Industrial (PI). Desde su perspectiva han sucedido muchos cambios, pero uno de los que más observa es el movimiento. "Yo noto por ejemplo mucho movimiento de gente cuando entramos y salimos, en horas puntuales. Ni hablar de cómo creció que nos sorprende acá era todo campo y ahora salimos y vemos todos galpones, eso impacta mucho a los que estamos hace muchos años acá", explicó.

Una opinión similar se formó Claudio Araya que hace 14 años trabaja en la Fundición Carisio Hermanos S.R.L, una fábrica radicada en el PI desde 1994. El hombre consideró que "el Parque cambió mucho, la gente que viene de afuera valora que sea un parque piloto y su desarrollo, es muy importante el progreso en cuanto a servicios y por eso está muy bien visto a nivel nacional y eso da orgullo".
Claudio Araya destacó que "se siente
orgullo" por el crecimiento del Parque.
Fernando Luque también hizo una transición desde su trabajo en el antiguo edificio de Macoser al PI, hoy tiene 56 años y 42 como trabajador aunque en este predio lleva 11. El hombre recordó que las primeras veces que ingresó el PI no había tantas naves, "se veía un poco vacío", así que fue testigo de ese crecimiento en cuanto a superficies y fábricas que llegaron a radicarse: "Yo lo veo crecer al Parque, terminaron algo y ya se empieza en otro lado. Siempre se observa el crecimiento paulatino" y consideró que el mayor aporte del PI es a la organización de la ciudad y el tránsito de los trabajadores.

Su compañero Amantini detalló que otra diferencia sustancial es que en sus primeros ingresos al PI no había semáforos, no se tenían los servicios de ahora, la guardia, lomos de burro. Eso sí, resaltó que "no hay que quedarse en materia de seguridad vial" por la cantidad de tránsito que existe en el área pese a que mucho "tiene que ver como lo maneja la empresa" y dijo: "Yo pertenezco a un grupo donde nos fijamos constantemente en eso como las luces, frenos, casco".
El contraste con los trabajadores de "otros ambientes" o que están en la ciudad es un rasgo diferencial y notorio para César: "Si entran y ven el PI me doy cuenta cómo se sorprenden y la magnitud que tiene porque uno acá ya lo naturaliza salvo cuando te fijás hasta dónde llega el Parque, cuando salís de tu entorno".
Con más o menos años, estos tres trabajadores atraviesan un PI que coinciden en que "cada vez está más grande", a veces no se toma dimensión de ello porque entran y van hacia sus puestos laborales pero una mirada rápida ayuda mucho, y sobre todo lo que más impacta es que todos sienten cuando cruzan la guardia que ya llegaron a su trabajo en esa comunidad industrial que forman y los une.
