Schiaretti: "Córdoba reestructuró su deuda sin entrar en default"
El gobernador aseguró que se llegó a un acuerdo "exitoso y sin entrar en default" para toda la deuda externa en títulos con jurisdicción extranjera.
El gobernador de Córdoba Juan Schiaretti anunció que se reestructuró toda la deuda externa provincial en títulos con jurisdicción extranjera de forma "exitosa y sin entrar en default". Se modificaron los vencimientos de la deuda y se bajó la tasa de interés.
"Queremos comunicarle a la familia cordobesa que Córdoba acaba de reestructurar su deuda externa de títulos con jurisdicción extranjera de manera exitosa y sin entrar en default. Somos la primera provincia argentina que consigue reestructurar esta deuda sin entrar en default" dijo el mandatario provincial.
También afirmó que "nosotros teníamos plazo hasta hoy para negociar con el comité de acreedores" pero que finalmente "hemos llegado a un acuerdo". El gobernador confirmó que las negociaciones fueron ásperas porque siempre "hay tironeo hasta el final".
Schiaretti aseguró que se cambiaron "los vencimientos de la deuda y hemos bajado la tasa de interés" y que en los próximos cuatro años se deroga u$s700 millones con las nuevas condiciones que modifica capital e interés
"Logramos bajar el interés que representa un ahorro desde 2021 hasta el 2029 de u$s200 millones de dólares y bajamos de 7,23% la tasa de interés a 6,08% en promedio" anunció el mandatario.
"Córdoba toma deuda solo para hacer obra pública; la que acabamos de reestructurar la tomamos en gestión anterior para hacer el mayor plan de obra pública de la provincia" dijo el gobernador.
