Ruta 13: renovación de añejo reclamo
La aprobación parlamentaria del proyecto de pedido de pavimentación del tramo Saguier - Plaza Clucellas merece ser destacada. Porque se trata de una región vital para la producción agropecuaria y también porque en pleno siglo XXI resulta inaudito que existan caminos tan deteriorados en los que el traslado de una población a otra se puede transformar en una desgraciada aventura.
El Senado Provincial de la provincia de Santa Fe aprobó en una de sus últimas sesiones el proyecto ingresado por el senador Alcides Calvo solicitando a la Dirección Provincial de Vialidad que contemple la pavimentación y obras complementarias de la Ruta Provincial N° 13 en el tramo Saguier - Plaza Clucellas, ambas localidades del departamento Castellanos.
El camino, según las afirmaciones de los pobladores de esa región y también de acuerdo a las publicaciones de los medios de Rafaela, entre otros, se encuentra en condiciones de deterioro importante que generan trastornos evidentes en el tránsito, además de la lógica inseguridad que el mal estado origina, pudiendo ser causa de accidentes graves.
Además, el virtual estado de abandono de la ruta 13, al menos en ese tramo, impide el desplazamiento de vehículos pesados, lo que complica la salida de la producción lechera de los campos ubicados en la zona, así como también dificulta de manera notoria el desplazamiento de los habitantes de los distintos pueblos que deben hacer trámites de todo tipo en las ciudades o localidades más grandes.
En 2011, en esta columna se destacaba que "pueblos como Egusquiza, Presidente Roca, Bigand, Saguier, Ramona, Bella Italia y hasta Plaza Clucellas sufren la postergación y el atraso que significa no poder contar con una vía de comunicación en condiciones de ser aprovechada por sus habitantes. Y la producción agropecuaria de esta rica región del país padece inconvenientes severos que parecen no ser comprendidos en su real magnitud en los escritorios de las capitales donde se toman las decisiones". Algunos avances concretados en los últimos años permitieron paliar el problema, pero hasta que no llegue la pavimentación de todos los tramos, los inconvenientes persistirán sin dudas.
Un hecho para destacar, en medio de esta renovación de un antiguo reclamo regional, es que la iniciativa aprobada por el Senado santafesino surgió de los alumnos de 5° año de la EESO N° 302 "Aarón Castellanos" de Clucellas, quienes participaron este año del programa "Jóvenes en el Senado". La importancia de la participación y el compromiso de las nuevas generaciones en la búsqueda de soluciones para sus pequeñas localidades es un excelente síntoma que permite abrigar la esperanza de que exista un futuro mejor.

Y debe ser atendida por Vialidad Provincial de Santa Fe y también por el Ejecutivo de esa provincia.
