Ruben vuelve a Central
El delantero Marco Ruben, de 34 años, firmó su contrato a préstamo por un año con Rosario Central, por lo que se confirmó su regreso a la institución luego de alejarse de las canchas desde agosto de 2020, tras el largo receso de las actividades por la pandemia de coronavirus.
De esta manera, el atacante iniciará su cuarta etapa con la camiseta del "Canalla", dado que ya la vistió entre 2004 y 2016, de 2015 a 2018 y en 2020.
Ruben, que pretendía continuar en su retiro transitorio durante el próximo semestre, finalmente decidió volver al elenco rosarino a pedido del DT Cristian "Kily" González y después de la eliminación del equipo en la Copa Argentina a manos de Boca Unidos de Corrientes.
El delantero "fue campeón de la Copa Argentina 2018, goleador del Torneo de Primera División 2015, protagonista principal de varios Clásicos (le anotó cuatro veces a Newell's, dos de local y de visitante en cuatro cotejos que culminaron con victoria) y autor de gran cantidad de tantos vistiendo la casaca auriazul", detalló Rosario Central sobre Ruben, que convirtió 81 tantos en 214 encuentros.
Además, también podrían llegar otros dos viejos conocidos por los hinchas: Jorge "Fatura" Broun, de último paso por Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata, y Pablo Álvarez, que está libre desde mayo del año pasado después de jugar en Arsenal.
