Proyecto Shopping a Cielo Abierto: el CES aguarda por los fondos para las obras
El objetivo es incentivar el consumo a partir de generar asociatividad entre comerciantes y estrategias comerciales conjuntas.
El Centro Empresarial y de Servicios aguarda la llegada de fondos para destinarlo a la aplicación del programa"Un Shopping a Cielo Abierto", por medio del cual se pretende unificar las características del sector comercial del centro de la ciudad comprendido al norte, por calle Belgrano; al sur, por avenida 9 de Julio; al oeste, por las avenidas Buenos Aires y Juan B. Justo y al este, por Moreno y Carlos Pellegrini.
Estos fondos forman parte del programa"Embellezco mi ciudad", que impulsa la Secretaría de Comercio del gobierno de la provincia de Córdoba.
Se trata de una ayuda destinada a implementar mejoras en los espacios públicos colindantes a los núcleos comerciales más importantes de las ciudades y pueblos de toda la provincia.
Esta actividad es llevada adelante por los gobiernos locales en conjunto con entidades empresarias, centros comerciales o asociaciones locales, quienes relevan las necesidades y luego implementan las mejoras acordadas.
De esta manera, a través de aportes provinciales, los distintos municipios pueden transformar las áreas comerciales en espacios sustentables en el tiempo y conformar un ámbito amigable para los consumidores. Con esto, además, se logra evitar la contaminación visual existente en zonas comerciales, y crea una identidad propia en cada comunidad.
Desde el año 2018 a la fecha se han entregado aportes por un monto aproximado de 8 millones de pesos a las localidades de Bell Ville, Villa Nueva, Alta Gracia, Colonia Caroya y Almafuerte, que ya pusieron en marcha este programa.
Además se están ultimando los detalles del proyecto de reformas a encarar para concretar este objetivo y para ello se trabaja en el diseño de las medidas que se pretende poner en práctica.
En agosto se concretaría una reunión de Fedecom en nuestra ciudad donde se pretende avanzar con este proyecto que, según los organizadores, durante el transcurso de 2019 tendrían que comenzar las obras.
El presidente del CES, Darío Tamagnini explicó que el secretario de Comercio de la provincia de Córdoba, Víctor Lutri, prometió en su momento"darle a San Francisco una ayuda económica para destinarla al embellecimiento del centro de la ciudad".
Además explicó que en esta iniciativa tiene"un rol muy importante" la municipalidad a partir del aporte de los arquitectos que llevan a cabo el diseño de las modificaciones a realizar.
"Los profesionales ya estuvieron trabajando en el tema y en agosto se sumarán los arquitectos de la Came para sumar su aporte. La idea es reunirse con los profesionales de la municipalidad para aunar criterios", indicó.
Paralelamente al diseño de las modificaciones que formarán parte de la propuesta a realizar, desde el CES y la Came trabajan en conjunto para gestionar los fondos a la Secretaría de Comercio de la provincia.
"Queremos hacer algo donde se note un cambio en el sector comercial", explicó Tamagnini y agregó que"dependemos del proyecto de los arquitectos" para luego saber qué fondos se requieren para poder concretar las obras.
