Por reiterados robo de cables allanaron chatarrerías en San Francisco y Frontera
En uno de los lugares se secuestraron baterías de antenas de telefonía celular por un valor de $300.000.
Distintos comercios dedicados a la compra de chatarra y otros elementos en desuso fueron controlados por personal de Investigaciones de la Departamental San Justo de Policía.
Los procedimientos en chatarrerías de San Francisco y Frontera se llevaron a cabo en el marco de los reiterados robos de cables ocurridos en la vecina ciudad y también en barrio Acapulco de Josefina que dejaron sin servicio de telefonía e Internet a muchos vecinos.
Uno de los allanamientos se realizó en calle Alem al 1700, donde se secuestraron tres baterías de antenas de telefonía celular cuyo valor oscila los 100.00 pesos cada una.
El propietario del lugar no supo justificar la tenencia de estos elementos ni su procedencia. En cuanto a las baterías, son de gel de la marca "Power Safe" de 12 volts, las que son utilizadas para abastecer de energía ante un corte en el suministro eléctrico de las antenas de telefonía celular pertenecientes a la empresa Telecom.
En este caso, por orden de la Fiscalía de Instrucción de feria se ordenó labrarle actuaciones judiciales como presunto autor de "encubrimiento" al propietario del lugar, uno hombre de unos 42 años.
En los otros lugares registrados, en el caso de nuestra ciudad en calles Olegario Andrade al 1400 y Pasteur al 800, si bien no hubo secuestro de elementos relacionados con la investigación, se procedió al labrado de actas de infracción al Código Civil por no llevar los propietarios el registro obligatorio de los bienes que adquieren en donde debe constar nombre, apellido y número de documento del vendedor como así también las características de los elementos.
