Parque Industrial: con los años también nacieron nuevos rubros y fábricas
Ya no solo se trata de industrias metalmecánicas también la entidad es un portal para rubros como el alimenticio como sucede con Cavour Desarrollos.
El Parque Industrial (PI) ya no solo tiene fábricas orientadas a la metalmecánica, de hecho, el término en sí ha variado a nivel mundial a partir de la diversificación en el mercado. Uno de los valores agregados y diferenciadores que encaja en este contexto es el de Cavour Desarrollos S.R.L. una empresa local orientada al rubro alimenticio que en 2006 comenzó a trabajar y lo hizo directamente en el Parque Industrial.
Se trata de una de las "vecinas" más recientes que a diferencia de otras épocas fue pensada para desarrollarse en un ecosistema industrial y el de San Francisco les abrió las puertas a estos jóvenes emprendedores y hoy dos de sus propietarios Fernando Barbero (ingeniero Químico) y Nicolás de Rossi (farmacéutico).
Cavour Desarrollos es un negocio perteneciente a la industria alimenticia.
"Desde el inicio nos radicamos en el PI, en ese momento no teníamos un lugar físico, por eso pensamos en el PI que en ese momento estaba menos ocupado y tuvimos la posibilidad que nuestro vecino nos venda la fracción de terreno - explicó Barbero - y arrancamos con nuestra pequeña fábrica acá. Después con los años vinieron muchas ampliaciones, pero desde el origen estuvimos en el parque".
De esta forma la empresa ha crecido junto con esta incipiente urbe fabril, de Rossi así lo sintetizó: "El Parque nos da más prestigio para presentar nuestros productos a los clientes que son de todo el país. Muchos vienen a visitar y nos confirmaron que la elección mucho tiene que ver con trabajar en el PI que ya era conocido y se sorprenden gratamente cuando lo visitan".
El aspecto y la formalidad son otro plus que la institución cincuentenaria aporta: "El PI le genera al cliente, más cuando arrancás una seguridad de que es una empresa bien conformada, real, nos da la posibilidad de los servicios, seguridad, la superficie es amplia, salidas. No tiene desventajas está preparado para lo que las industrias necesitan.
Cavour es una marca reconocida en el mercado como uno de los eslabones de la cadena de producción en el sector alimenticio, su nombre tiene origen en una zona italiana homónima de donde era el abuelo de uno de los propietarios. Allí había hierbas aromáticas como las que comenzaron destilando ellos ni bien el PI les abrió las puertas.
Barbero y de Rossi apostaron desde el inicio para radicarse en el Parque con su empresa.
"En nuestra zona el PI es muy metalmecánico, nosotros trabajamos con alimentos y aditivos, nos dedicamos a la elaboración de saborizantes para toda la industria de alimentos, nuestros clientes son empresas, la marca no se va a ver en una góndola, nuestros productos forman parte de la cadena de producción", coincidieron los jóvenes empresarios que rompen con esa visión clásica en el imaginario social.
"En estos últimos años hemos visto la rápida expansión que tuvo y que se logró lo que al inicio se avizoraba porque sirve para descomprimir la ciudad y se trabaje, a la vez, cómodos acá adentro", comentaron a modo de balance.
