Morteros intensificará controles para las fiestas de fin de año
El municipio informó que se intensificarán los controles de alcoholemia en las noches del 24 y 31 junto a la policía local y con la colaboración de los padres de personas fallecidas en accidentes de tránsito. Dueños de los boliches adhirieron a la iniciativa.
Autoridades municipales mantuvieron una reunión con dueños de boliches, policía de la ciudad y miembros de los grupos "Estrellas Amarillas" y "Nuestros ángeles" .
Según informaron desde el municipio se intensificarán los controles de alcoholemia en las noches del 24 y 31 junto a la policía local y con la colaboración de los padres de personas fallecidas en accidentes de tránsito.
Por su parte, los dueños de los boliches adhirieron a esta iniciativa y se mostraron predispuestos en colaborar para prevenir los accidentes de tránsito en estas fechas.
Por último, en la reunión previa que el ejecutivo mantuvo con los dueños de los boliches, se comunicó que los concejales presentaran un proyecto de ordenanza para implementar de ahora en adelante, el programa "conductor designado", una iniciativa que pretende concientizar a jóvenes y adultos de los riesgos y consecuencias que implica el conducir en estado de ebriedad y de tal manera prevenir accidentes de tránsito, designando a una persona en la conducción.
El encuentro fue encabezado por la viceintendenta Valeria Gandino junto al jefe de gabinete Javier Nari y director de Inspectoría Walter Racca.
