Los negocios minoristas avizoran otro año crítico
Las ventas de los comercios pymes cayeron 22,3% interanual el año pasado y las perspectivas no creen que mejoren si la normalidad no vuelve a imponerse, por eso dijeron: "Todo está en stand by".

Los pequeños comerciantes agrupados en el sector minorista de nuestra ciudad no auguran grandes expectativas sobre una recuperación económica si no se toman medidas integrales que permitan "volver a la normalidad".
El sector es vasto teniendo en cuenta que en el mismo se encuentran almacenes, librerías, locales de indumentaria entre otros que no son más que pymes que representan el motor económico de la ciudad y el país.
En el balance actual realizado por la Federación Comercial de Córdoba (Fedecom) se informó que las ventas minoristas de los comercios pymes de la provincia de Córdoba finalizaron el mes de diciembre con una caída de 11,3% frente a igual mes del año anterior, con lo que cerraron el año con una contracción de 22,3% en relación a todo 2019.
"El sector no es ajeno a los demás, pero al ser más pequeño tenemos más problemas sobre todo en lo que se refiere a los que venden comida o indumentaria porque es un área muy amplia y cubrimos mucho", señaló a LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTOel titular del Centro Unión Comerciantes Minoristas de San Francisco, Ricardo Colla.
El que pasó no fue un año fácil para ninguno de estos tipos de comercios más aquellos que dependen para el "arranque" de temporada de todos los insumos escolares y de la indumentaria en sí. Al haber incertidumbre sobre si pervivirá la modalidad virtual, volverá la presencialidad en las aulas o habrá una combinación, esto se agrava.
"Los de indumentaria en lo que es escolar es grave la situación y el caso de las librerías es muy preocupante, está todo como el año pasado, va a ser durísimo aun si comienza el año escolar".
Piden medidas urgentes
Colla subrayó que, independientemente de las reuniones y contactos trazados en este tiempo, ninguna medida terminará de ser eficaz en tanto haya inestabilidad para el desarrollo de las actividades, como por ejemplo le pasa al sector gastronómico con las restricciones nocturnas en otras partes del país.
"No hay nada que ayude a sostener el problema porque es a nivel nacional y creo que en todo el mundo también. Sí en forma particular pido por favor que se trate de normalizar todo, cada vez que no lo intentamos la situación nos perjudica cada vez más tanto en lo que es comida, como indumentaria, en general, en todo lo que pone en marcha (la actividad) de la gente", analizó.
La situación derivada de la pandemia "nos perjudica cada vez más", aseguró Colla.
Suspenso
El representante del sector indicó que es necesario mantener los cuidados extremos, no obstante, uno de los principales errores es no poder reconocer el perjuicio de pasar tanto tiempo sin seguridad alguna sobre el devenir de la economía.
"Tenemos que tener cuidados extremos, pero así al desentendernos del problema nos estamos perjudicando mucho y más en nuestro rubro. Hasta ahora no hemos logrado algo que haga al mantenimiento al menos de la actividad, todo está en stand by", argumentó.
Asimismo, recordó que debido a esta inestabilidad y el impacto de la crisis muchos negocios no pudieron recuperarse nunca y terminaron cerrando o abandonando locales en el caso que hayan alquilado.
Debido a la crisis macroeconómica extendida en el tiempo, en los últimos seis meses el 10% de los locales comerciales de la provincia cerraron sus puertas.
"Deben tomarse medidas para volver a la normalidad aun teniendo el virus porque así creo que lo vamos a poder llevar un poco adelante. La pandemia va a seguir y por eso necesitamos un sumo cuidado de la sociedad y que todas las actividades vuelvan a la normalidad porque no se puede detener tanto nuestro país ni el mundo", concluyó.

El relevamiento realizado por el Departamento de Estadísticas de Fedecom arrojó que el 65% de los comerciantes consultados espera una disminución en sus ventas para el mes de enero y a esto hay que sumarle una contracción interanual de las ventas en 2020 respecto al año anterior que fue del 22,3 %.
La pandemia se presentó como un factor que profundizó la crisis del sector de pymes comerciales que lleva 34 meses a la baja. A estas bajas ventas se le sumó también la pérdida de poder adquisitivo de los trabajadores, dificultades en algunos rubros para obtener mercadería suficiente, suspensiones laborales e inactividad prolongada en algunos casos.
Además, la baja también está influenciada por el crecimiento exponencial de la venta ilegal que en 2020 se calculó en un aumento del 20 %.

Casi todos los rubros relevados por la entidad Fedecom mostraron desempeños negativos el año pasado en comparación con 2019 salvo en el área de ferretería, materiales eléctricos y para la construcción (2,7 %).
Joyería, relojería y bijouterie (-36,5 %); Calzados y marroquinería (-27,1 %); Bazar y regalos (-16,6 %); Indumentaria (-16,3 %); Muebles y decoración (-12,8 %); Juguetería y librerías (-11,4 %); Artículos deportivos y de recreación (-10,7 %); Neumáticos y repuestos (-10,3 %); Electrodomésticos y artículos electrónicos (-9,7 %); Farmacia, perfumería y cosmética (-8,2 %); Alimentos y bebidas (-4,8 %).
