Las Buenas Prácticas Agropecuarias unen a las provincias de Córdoba y Santa Fe
San Francisco fue el lugar elegido para la entrega de fondos de este programa del gobierno de la provincia de Córdoba. La provincia de Santa Fe acompañó la iniciativa a través del ministro de Producción, Daniel Costamaña quien compartió con el ministro de Agricultura, Sergio Busso, una cumbre sobre lechería.
El gobierno de la provincia de Córdoba entregó ayer en la Sociedad Rural San Francisco un total de 2.697.000 pesos como incentivos a 55 productores agropecuarios del departamento San Justo en el marco del programa Buenas Prácticas Agropecuarias.
Esta iniciativa, consagrada a través de una ley provincial, se define como el conjunto de principios, normas y recomendaciones técnicas tendientes a reducir los riesgos físicos, químicos y biológicos en la producción, procesamiento, almacenamiento y transporte de productos de origen agropecuario, orientadas a asegurar la inocuidad del producto y la protección del ambiente y del personal involucrado con el fin de propender al desarrollo sostenible.
Se trata de la cuarta edición de dicho programa que durante el 2020 batió el récord de participantes con 3.346 productores en todo el territorio dentro del cual el departamento San Justo concentra la mayor cantidad de participantes.
Para la entrega de los aportes económicos a los productores se encontraban presentes en la Sociedad Rural San Francisco el ministro de Agricultura y Ganadería de la provincia de Córdoba, Sergio Busso; el ministro de Producción de Santa Fe, Daniel Costamaña; el presidente de la Sociedad Rural San Francisco, Javier Cassineri; el intendente, Ignacio García Aresca; el secretario de Agricultura de la provincia de Córdoba, Marcos Blanda; la secretaria de Ganadería, Catalina Boetto; el decano de la UTN San Francisco, Alberto Tolosa y los legisladores provinciales Alejandra Piasco y Ramón Giraldi.
Además, en el mismo acto se entregó un aporte de 200.000 pesos para la Sociedad Rural San Francisco y de 203.000 pesos para la Facultad Regional San Francisco de la UTN que lo destinará para financiar la compra de equipamiento destinado a optimizar la conservación de suelo. Esos fondos comprenden el 40 % de un total que la provincia destinará para el cumplimiento de este objetivo.

Cumbre lechera
De este encuentro participaron también los equipos de Lechería de las provincias de Córdoba y Santa Fe para avanzar en una agenda conjunta de trabajo.
Durante este encuentro, el intendente, Ignacio García Aresca consideró que es "muy importante" este tipo de encuentros que se llevan a cabo "en el corazón de la cuenca láctea argentina".
Luego, el ministro de Producción de Santa Fe, Daniel Costamaña rescató "los cuatro años de experiencia" que tiene la provincia de Córdoba en la implementación de este programa que "sin dudas nos sirve mucho a los santafesinos para aprender".
Además, el funcionario remarcó "el valor que significa la fuerza que le ponen los emprendedores a este programa. Esto muestra la visión de la región sobre temas puntuales como la lechería, la agricultura de precisión y el cuidado de los recursos".
"Estamos frente a grandes desafíos y por eso creo que es el momento de que los cordobeses y santafesinos estemos más juntos que nunca", señaló.
Busso: "Se puede producir cuidando los recursos"
Antes de la entrega de los aportes a los productores, el ministro de Agricultura y Ganadería de Córdoba, Sergio Busso resaltó que el objetivo de este programa busca plantear "una hipótesis muy importante: que se puede producir cuidando los recursos".
El funcionario de la cartera agropecuaria provincial puso énfasis en destacar "la inversión del sector productivo en plena pandemia" para agregar que "estos pequeños aportes son muy importantes porque abarcan a todo tipo de productores y producciones muy diversas".
Entre las ventajas que tiene este programa provincial, Busso afirmó que "hacer bien las cosas en el campo es un valor agregado en sí mismo" ya que desde el sector agropecuario se busca "hacer las cosas de una manera sustentable".
En ese marco dijo que desde el Estado "hay que reconocer y proteger al productor y si es posible estimularlo" como lo hace este programa mediante un aporte económico "pero por sobre todas las cosas un reconocimiento para aquel que hace bien las cosas".
Carne a precios populares
Más adelante Busso hizo alusión al programa del gobierno nacional por el cual impulsa la comercialización de diez cortes de carne a precios populares.
En este caso, reconoció que el mismo "termina quedando corto" porque "puede que no llegue de la misma manera al interior del país porque se concentra su mayoría en el Gran Buenos Aires y en las grandes ciudades".
"Ojalá que estas políticas tengan buen resultado" señaló debido a que las mismas "le brindan posibilidades de compra a aquellos que tienen menores ingreso".
Busso dijo que "esta iniciativa tiene buenas intenciones, pero habrá que ver en la práctica cómo termina funcionando. Es un comienzo, lo importante es poder dialogar con toda la cadena para encontrar junto al Estado las respuestas que se están necesitando".
Costamaña: "tenemos muchas cosas en común"
Por su parte, el ministro de Producción de Santa Fe, Daniel Costamaña rescató "las ventajas" que alcanza el trabajo conjunto que su provincia lleva con Córdoba en materia agropecuaria, cimentado en "una decisión conjunta de potenciar el liderazgo de las principales producciones de alimentos de la Argentina".
"Estas dos provincias son líderes en producción de carne y leche más todas las otras economías regionales. Trabajar juntos implica articular acciones para revalorizar la Región Centro, algo que se había perdido y nosotros estamos trabajando para darle nuevamente la fuerza que necesita", agregó.
En ese marco no dudó en señalar que, desde el punto de vista productivo, las provincias de Córdoba y Santa Fe "tenemos muchas cosas en común y ya estamos trabajando en ellas, articulando, integrando y trabajando con el sector privado".
