La Provincia asistirá a afectados por la tormenta en Saldán y Río Ceballos
En esas localidades de Sierras Chicas hubo voladuras de techos, caídas de postes y árboles y anegamientos. Desarrollo Social provincial aportará subsidios de un fondo permanente.
Las anunciadas tormentas en buena parte del territorio provincial se desencadenaron con furia este lunes a la tarde, con reporte de anegamientos, voladuras de techos, caídas de postes y árboles y otros daños materiales. Dos de las localidades más afectadas son Saldán y Río Ceballos, donde una primera evaluación preliminar del fenómeno climatológico da cuenta de vientos fortísimos, con ráfagas superiores a los 80 kilómetros horarios, 55 mm de lluvia caída en apenas media hora y granizo.
En ese marco, la Provincia garantizó a los intendentes de ambas localidades ayudas tendientes a paliar los efectos del temporal. El ministro de Desarrollo Social Carlos Massei, ofreció a Cayetano Canto (Saldán) y Eduardo Baldassi (Río Ceballos) la asistencia necesaria tras la tormenta, y aseguró que los afectados serán contenidos por los subsidios provenientes del Fondo Permanente de Situaciones de Desastre. Se trata de un ítem presupuestario que prevé ayudas para vecinos y comerciantes damnificados por fenómenos o eventos naturales.
A la vez, el secretario de Gestión de Riesgo Climático, Catástrofes y Protección Civil, Claudio Vignetta, permanece en contacto permanente con las Defensas Civiles de las diferentes localidades, mientras bomberos voluntarios de Sierras Chicas procedieron al corte del tránsito sobre algunos vados, a la vez que patrullan preventivamente las márgenes de los ríos.
