La decisión de reducir personal en la Justicia es únicamente para la ciudad de Córdoba
La delegada administrativa Roxana Peredo explicó que en nuestra ciudad Tribunales seguirá funcionando de manera normal, pero con recaudos especiales.
La delegada administrativa del Poder Judicial en San Francisco, Roxana Beatriz Peredo, confirmó a LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO que la decisión adoptada por el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de reducir personal en la Justicia por cuestiones sanitarias es únicamente para la capital provincial. La magistrada confirmó que en el caso de los Tribunales de la 5º Circunscripción Judicial el trabajo es normal, pero a su vez informó que hay un empleado en cuarentena por estar afectado de Covid 19.
Ante nuestra consulta, la jueza de la Cámara Laboral de San Francisco explicó que "en una acordada con fecha 22 de diciembre se decidió la reducción de la atención presencial en la sede judicial capital en el periodo comprendido entre los días 23 y 30 de diciembre inclusive, la reducción en la atención presencial es únicamente para la capital provincial".
En relación a la situación en los tribunales de nuestra ciudad la jueza Peredo dijo "respecto a San Francisco no se han tomado medidas de reducción de personal hasta el momento y le tengo que informar que tenemos un solo agente con Covid positivo, en la mañana de este jueves ante la duda se hisopó otra empleada a la cual el resultado fue negativo".
La magistrada indicó además que no se está hisopando masivamente al personal "no se ha dispuesto que de manera obligatoria el personal concurra a hisoparse. Sí se ha dictado una resolución que lleva la misma fecha de la acordada del día 22, es una resolución de la administración general donde ante el exponencial incremento de los casos positivos de Covid se efectúan recomendaciones a respetar".
Peredo dijo que entre lo dispuesto figura el no reunirse en las oficinas: "A veces se realiza un pequeño brindis, se prohibió el festejo de fin de año, se recomendó que los equipos de trabajo del Poder Judicial no se reúnan fuera de tribunales en lugares públicos, le aclaro que lo único que hay para el interior son recomendaciones y solo se está hisopando a aquella persona que en una actitud de responsabilidad personal cree haber contraído la enfermedad por haber estado con alguien al que le dio positivo el test".
Finalmente, la magistrada agregó que este viernes 24 y el próximo 31 de diciembre no habrá actividad en los tribunales de nuestra ciudad.
