Jóvenes debatieron sobre discriminación en el Parlamento Juvenil del Inadi
Lo que se busca es impulsar una ciudadanía inclusiva y participativa de los adolescentes para erradicar este tipo de conductas.
Unos 96 jóvenes de entre 15 y 18 años debatieron hoy en la Cámara de Diputados Bonaerense un proyecto de ley sobre discriminación, y ejercieron como legisladores por un día con el objetivo de promover una sociedad más igualitaria, en el marco de la cuarta edición del Parlamento Federal Juvenil INADI.
Por unas horas el recinto se llenó de mochilas -muchas de ellas con pañuelos verdes de la Campaña Nacional por el Derecho al Aborto Legal, Seguro y Gratuito, y otras con pañuelos naranjas, a favor de la separación del Estado y la Iglesia- y cuadernos, y se contagió del entusiasmo de los adolescentes que formalmente defendieron su desempeño como diputados por un día.
Cada joven en el rol de parlamentario representó a su lugar de origen para debatir cómo propone "erradicar la discriminación por aspecto físico". La sesión fue la actividad principal de esta cuarta edición del Parlamento Juvenil INADI, que comenzó el martes y busca impulsar una ciudadanía inclusiva y participativa de los adolescentes. "El proyecto que hoy se debatió propone garantizar la no discriminación a través de acciones.
Los chicos fueron trabajando sobre los conceptos, y hoy les tocó ser diputados por un día", dijo a Télam Maximiliano Abad, jefe del bloque de Cambiemos quien presidió la sesión en el recinto. Agregó que el objetivo de la jornada es generar "embajadores que puedan formar opinión en la sociedad sobre la diversidad, para una sociedad de iguales. Hay que empoderarlos para que sean embajadores de un mensaje y ojalá que los chicos puedan trasmitir esto en sus ámbitos porque desde ahí se produce el cambio".
La diputada provincial Gabriela Besana, que también coordinó la sesión, consideró que el trabajo del legislador es "escuchar también lo que los jóvenes piensan". Según Claudio Presman, titular del INADI, los temas que surgieron entre los jóvenes para este Parlamento fueron el embarazo adolescente, el ciberacoso y violencia de género. Pero en esta edición el más aludido fue el de discriminación por aspecto físico.
"Lo importante es que generamos de abajo para arriba. Con estas actividades, los que tenemos la responsabilidad de producir políticas públicas, escuchamos a los más chicos que tienen la frescura de dar insumos y opiniones genuinas", agregó a Télam el interventor del organismo.
Los jóvenes tomaron la palabra mencionando posibles modificaciones al proyecto o aprovechando el espacio para exponer la problemática, acudiendo muchos al lenguaje inclusivo: "Hola señor presidente, hola a todes", dijo una oradora de La Pampa. Una parlamentaria de San Juan aclaró la importancia de las palabras: sacamos 'combatir' porque es 'prevenir'", recomendó durante su discurso.
Más temprano, al llegar al palacio legislativo, Karen Olivera, una catamarqueña de 16 años, celebró que se los "tenga en cuenta como adolescentes. Muchas veces los adultos toman decisiones para nosotros pero sin saber nuestra opinión", respondió a Télam.
En tanto, Fracisco Dirrado, de 17 años y oruindo de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires destacó el proyecto al considerar que "va a ayudar mucho en cuanto a discriminación. Los legisladores tendrían que sacar más proyectos de este tipo. Tendrían que ocuparse más de los derechos humanos, que son muy importantes", completó.
El Parlamento Juvenil INADI es la realización de un proyecto que surge a partir de la selección de cuatro chicos por provincia, seleccionados tras un concurso evaluado por el Ministerio de Educación, la Secretaría de Derechos Humanos y las delegaciones del INADI.
