Garbarino: Mercantiles podrían interceder para gestionar la reapertura de la sucursal
Desde el Sindicato de Empleados de Comercio (SEC) seccional San Francisco admitieron que "es muy difícil" lograr un cambio en la decisión empresarial.
El Sindicato Empleados de Comercio (SEC) seccional San Francisco manifestó su voluntad de intentar interceder para tratar de revertir el cierre definitivo de la sucursal local de Garbarino.
Sin embargo, desde la organización sindical admitieron que "es muy difícil" lograr un cambio en la decisión empresarial una vez que la firma desmanteló el local en la ciudad.
El secretario general del SEC reconoció que el cierre de esta sucursal "es preocupante" y comparó esta situación con lo ocurrido con Ribeiro, cuando en septiembre de 2019 los trabajadores de la sucursal de esa firma en nuestra ciudad se declararon "en estado de alerta" por el atraso en el pago de haberes mientras que la sucursal Villa María no pudo superar la situación que derivó en el cierre definitivo.
De esta manera reconoció que el gremio podrá "realizar gestiones" para intentar cambiar la situación en Garbarino. "Queremos que la fuente de trabajo siga" funcionando, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta "la situación económica de la sucursal y de la cadena a nivel nacional".
En este caso dijo que "muchas empresas lograron rehacerse para seguir en actividad" de manera de intentar que la firma "pueda seguir trabajando en San Francisco.
Balance de la actividad
Fagioli recordó que durante la pandemia "se logró mantener cierto nivel de ventas" en el rubro de los electrodomésticos a partir de los programas de financiación con tarjeta de crédito en 12 o 18 cuotas.
Tras haber concluido el 2020, el dirigente sindical consideró que pese al impacto de la pandemia "la actividad comercial se defendió bastante bien" a partir de que los comercios esenciales, en su mayoría del rubro alimenticio lograron mantener a flote la actividad.
Además, dijo que "no hubo cierre de muchas empresas en San Francisco" a partir de los aportes del Estado nacional para el pago de sueldos que "evitó que se produzcan cierres por falta de trabajo".
El dirigente dijo que la situación por la que atraviesa el sector comercial en la ciudad "es problemática como en todo el país" pese a lo cual resaltó el resultado que obtuvo la gestión para conseguir bonos para los trabajadores. "En un gran esfuerzo se consiguieron bonos de 5.000 pesos para 5.400 trabajadores y además, en San Francisco, hubo dos empresas que pagaron bonos de 10.000 pesos".
Tras explicar que "no hubo tantos cierres" de comercios a lo largo de 2020 en la ciudad dijo que en un diálogo mantenido con el presidente del Centro Empresarial y de Servicios (CES), Darío Tamagnini, "se llegó a la conclusión de que la actividad no se afectó mucho, aunque "el inconveniente surgió por el esfuerzo que muchos comercios debieron realizar para adecuar sus instalaciones para poder reabrir con los protocolos sanitarios correspondientes".
Recomposición salarial
Por su parte, el Sindicato Empleados de Comercio obtuvo una recomposición salarial del 21 % a pagar en los meses de enero, febrero y marzo, en tres etapas de 7 % cada una. El incremento fue firmado el pasado jueves y se espera la pronta homologación del Ministerio de Trabajo.
Fagioli dijo que "cada incremento se aplica sobre el sueldo de diciembre de 2020, es decir que no es acumulativo".
Un punto a tener en cuenta dentro de esta negociación es la incorporación del bono de 5.000 pesos para cada trabajador. "Eso se mantiene" explicó para luego agregar que "a partir de abril queda pendiente un acuerdo de 2.500 pesos hasta que se empiece a tratar la próxima paritaria anual".
El sueldo inicial de los empleados de comercio en diciembre ascendía a 42.000 pesos sobre los cuales, aplicando la primera cuota de 7% de incremento, el mismo se ubicará en 44.940. Con el segundo incremento ese haber trepa hasta los 47.880 pesos y finalmente, con la tercera etapa, se ubicará en 50.820 pesos.
