Enero sorprende en Miramar con turismo entre semana
Aunque el fuerte sigue siendo la escapada de fin de semana, las familias prefieren el resto de los días para vacacionar en el mar cordobés. Con esta tendencia, Miramar de Ansenuza cerró los primeros quince días del año con el 87% de ocupación .
El coronavirus "le cambió la cara" al turismo regional. El fuerte de Miramar de Ansenuza siempre el fin de semana, y aunque no dejó de serlo, las familias hoy prefieren visitar este destino entre semanas para disfrutar de un mayor distanciamiento social.
Esto hace que la localidad turística por excelencia en San Justo haya cerrado la primera quincena de enero con el 87% de ocupación marcando tendencia para esta segunda etapa del mes que comienza.
"Estamos transitando una temporada que supera nuestras expectativas: cerramos la primera quincena de enero con una ocupación del 87% y esta segunda quincena viene muy bien por lo que estimamos una ocupación similar o superior a la anterior", manifestó el intendente Adrián Walker a LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO.
El mandatario municipal aseguró que todos los fines de semana hay ocupación plena pero que a diferencia de otros años nota que creció el número de turistas en los días se semana. "Las familias prefieren venir entre semana evitando los sábados y domingos que hay mayor saturación".
En este sentido manifestó que mucho tiene que ver la pandemia. "Si bien los protocolos sanitarios se respetan, con menos gente en la playa puede disfrutar más de las riquezas naturales de Miramar".
Para Walker, la temporada "es muy buena y ordenada" ya que la gente respeta mucho los protocolos.
"Si bien siempre queda algo por ajustar, los protocolos se cumplen. La gente aprendió a cuidarse y entendió que es la manera de garantizar que siga la temporada", sostuvo.
Walker vaticina una "excelente temporada" que podría extenderse hasta abril, con un febrero prometedor de la mano del fin de semana largo de carnaval que ya cuenta con el 70% de reservas.
Situación sanitaria "privilegiada"
Por otro lado, el intendente de Ansenuza manifestó que la localidad transita una situación sanitaria "controlada" con sólo tres casos activos. Atribuye esta realidad al trabajo que se viene realizando en materia de controles y protocolos.
En este sentido mencionó la implementación del puesto Detectar Verano mediante el cual se realizan testeos a los lugareños, turistas y prestadores.
De hecho comentó que días pasados se detectaron turistas con síntomas de covid, por lo que regresaron a su lugar de destino para seguir con el tratamiento.
Walker destacó que no se ha repetido ningún hecho de descontrol en la playa como fue aquel polémico fin de semana de noviembre. "A partir de allí tomamos medidas como refuerzo de las fuerzas de seguridad, prohibición del consumo alcohol en la playa y burbujas para el distanciamiento, que hoy se ven los buenos resultados", dijo.
"Esto muestra que hay una tarea que está cumpliendo su misión", remarcó.
Una nueva
bajada al mar para mayor disfrute de los turistas Además de
habilitar esta temporada la Playa de los Niños, un espacio de 7.500 metros
cuadrados pensado para los chicos y sus familias, se realizó un trabajo de
limpieza en los accesos, sacando las piedras que además de obstruir el paso de
los turistas potenciaba la bajante del agua. La tarea fue
realizada por personal del Grupo Especial de Rescate y Salvamento (Gers) junto
a Bomberos, Seguridad Náutica, personal municipal y voluntarios. Al respecto, el
titular del Gers, oficial principal Lucas Paz manifestó que "estamos realizando
un trabajo entre las distintas instituciones de los que forma parte la
Dirección Unidades de Alto Riesgo (Duar) Departamental San Justo, Bomberos
Voluntarios y la municipalidad". "Entre todos
estamos haciendo un doble esfuerzo no solo en la faz preventiva sino que además
le aconsejamos a la gente que se cuide, respete las normas sanitarias, el uso
del tapabocas, etc.", puntualizó. Esta temporada
mostró algo diferente en el sector de la costanera como lo es un nuevo acceso a
la laguna. El mismo se construyó frente a un emblemático local gastronómico que
durante los primeros meses del 2020 sufrió un devastador incendio. "Desde hace mucho tiempo el municipio comenzó
a trabajar en la construcción de esta nueva bajada. La misma es para brindarle
mayor comodidad no solo a los vecinos de Miramar sino también a quienes visitan
la localidad, de este modo se brindan distintas alternativas para el acceso a
las playas. Todo apunta a lograr que se respete el distanciamiento social",
explicó. Según pudo
conocer LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO, el Grupo Especial de Rescate y Salvamento cuenta
con dos vehículos (camionetas), cuatro kayacs que se utilizan para el recorrido
marítimo de la laguna y un gomón semirrígido cedido por Seguridad Náutica,
además de dos bicicletas todo terreno. Con estos elementos y diez efectivos
realizan los controles de seguridad en Miramar de Ansenuza, el sector de Laguna
del Plata y el Balneario El Puente de la localidad de Marull. En lo que
respecta a la policía de la Departamental San Justo son 30 los efectivos que
recorren los distintos sectores de la localidad, además de contar con un puesto
fijo en el ingreso a Miramar de Ansenuza y otros situados en el sector de la
costanera. Más espacios de
