¿En qué situaciones la Casa Rosada recomendará a las provincias aplicar restricciones?
Las autoridades provinciales deberán tener en cuenta dos parámetros: la "razón" y la "incidencia".
Mientras se espera la publicación del decreto que establecerá pautas para que las provincias definan restricciones nocturnas, el Gobierno adelantó los parámetros que se deberán tener en cuenta para adoptar las medidas.
A la espera de que el presidente Alberto Fernández rubrique el decreto y luego se publique en el Boletín Oficial, la Casa Rosada informó algunos detalles de lo que establecerá como recomendación a los gobernadores.
Según indicaron fuentes oficiales a NA, se definirán dos parámetros de riesgo que deberán tener en cuenta las autoridades provinciales para restringir la circulación: se trata de la "razón" y la "incidencia".
Se recomendarán restricciones cuando el cociente entre el número de casos confirmados acumulados en los últimos 14 días y el número de casos confirmados acumulados en los 14 días previos, sea superior a 1,20, es decir, que los casos aumenten un 20% de una quincena a la otra; y cuando el número de casos confirmados acumulados de los últimos 14 días por 100 mil habitantes, sea superior a 150.
"En función de estos indicadores, el Gobierno nacional solicita a las autoridades locales que apliquen medidas para disminuir los contactos, priorizando la limitación de la circulación nocturna", remarcaron las fuentes consultadas.
