El municipio de Freyre duplica elaboración propia de hormigón
A partir de febrero, la hormigonera municipal pasaría a producir de 4 a 8 metros cúbicos por tiraje. El desafío es pavimentar 700 metros, el doble de lo que se ejecutó en 2020 y llegar a todo el pueblo con cordón cuneta.
La pandemia resintió las obras públicas en la mayoría de los pueblos de San Justo. Sin embargo, en Freyre lograron ejecutar todas las previstas para ese año.
Así lo manifestó el intendente Augusto Pastore en declaraciones a LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO. local "Pese al año atípico que vivimos pudimos ejecutar el 100% de lo presupuestado".
Entre ellas se encontraba la ejecución de tres nuevas cuadras de pavimento en calle Córdoba, cuyos trabajos culminaron este mes de enero y para 2021 proyectan duplicar la cantidad de metros, de la mano del aumento de la capacidad de elaboración propia de hormigón para lo cual el municipio adquirió un nuevo camión mixer.
"Cumplimos con el 100% del presupuesto"
"Pese a la pandemia seguimos haciendo y avanzando con obras trascendentales para el desarrollo de Freyre. Terminamos 100 metros más de pavimento urbano, ahora en calle Córdoba de barrio Circunvalación entre 12 de octubre y Vélez Sarsfield", precisó Pastore.
"Aunque fue un año atípico, el municipio logró cumplir con el plan de obras previsto y eso es gracias al compromiso de funcionaros del área y empleados municipales que concentraron todo sus esfuerzo en esta meta, logrando hacerlo en seis meses", continuó.
Al respecto recordó que "si bien en abril se autorizó la obra pública, por respeto a los trabajadores de la construcción independientes, decidimos retomar en julio".
"Al presupuesto lo usamos como una herramienta de gestión. El objetivo siempre es llegar a cumplir con todo y ninguna obra quedó pendiente", añadió Pastore.
Todo el pueblo con cordón cuneta: el desafío para 2021
Debido a los altos costos que genera la contratación de empresas privadas para la ejecución de obras públicas para los pequeños municipios, Freyre encontró en la fabricación propia de materiales de hormigón y ladrillos una alternativa para poder cumplir con las mismas y a la vez, generar fuentes laborales.
Desde hace dos años funciona la hormigonera municipal, que año a año fue incrementando su capacidad de elaboración. Según contó Pastore, "hemos adquirido un camión mixer más que nos permite duplicar la capacidad de elaboración de hormigón para para poder resolver los problemas de pavimento. De esta manera, a partir de febrero pasará de 4 a 8 metros cúbicos por tiraje".
El mandatario municipal destacó que así podrán duplicar las cuadras de pavimento que se hicieron el año pasado. "La meta es llegar a 700 metros en 2021 y además llegar con cordón cuneta a todo el pueblo", puntualizó.
En lo que hace al cordón cuneta, Pastore comentó que para completar el 100% de la obra resta un sector en el norte de la localidad que implica una inversión de 20 millones de pesos presupuestada para este año que recién comienza. 20
En lo que hace al pavimento, el titular del Ejecutivo municipal rescató que "cuando asumimos en la gestión, allá por 2015, no llegábamos a la mitad de la traza urbana con pavimento; hoy estamos superando el 65%".
