El juez federal cuestionó el decreto de las Fuerzas Armadas
En declaraciones radiales, Mario Garzón propone mayor debate y consulta a especialistas.
El juez federal de San Francisco, Mario Garzón, declaró su oposición al decreto de reestructuración de las Fuerzas Armadas.
"La opinión mía la he abierto desde mi experiencia como magistrado de la Justicia Federal en lo relativo a los roles, bien diferenciados, que cumplen las fuerzas de seguridad con las Fuerzas Armadas", aclaró en una nota con AM 580.
Para el magistrado, el rol de las Fuerzas Armadas debe ser consensuado a través del debate y la consulta con los especialistas, no por un decreto.
Además, Garzón explicó: "Dentro de las fuerzas de seguridad, por ejemplo, en la lucha contra el narcotráfico, tenemos muchas dificultades. Gendarmería Nacional tiene una preparación académica dirigida a la custodia de la frontera y hoy en día está en las calles ayudando a otras fuerzas con los delitos comunes".
Cabe recordar, que Garzón vive sus últimos días como juez federal en San Francisco, ya que el presidente de la Nación, Mauricio Macri, firmó el pasado 24 de julio el decreto por medio del cual acepta su renuncia al cargo para acogerse a los beneficios de la jubilación. (Fuente: Cba24n)
