El gobierno fijó las pautas para restringir la circulación por aumento de casos de coronavirus
La ejecución estará a cargo de cada provincia según lo decida cada gobernador para su distrito. El decreto en vigencia de medidas sanitarias faculta para que las puedan implementar desde ahora.
El Gobierno anunció hoy la decisión de "fijar pautas" sobre los riesgos epidemiológicos para que cada gobernador determine las restricciones a la circulación nocturna frente al incremento de casos de Covid-19.
El jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero, brindó una conferencia de prensa junto a la secretaria de Acceso a la Salud, Carla Vizzotti, y el ministro de Turismo, Matías Lammens, en la que adelantaron los detalles del decreto que agregará precisiones a la normativa que ya está vigente hasta el 31 de enero.
"Lo que se hace a nivel nacional es fijar pautas, pero luego quienes deben aplicar las medidas son las autoridades provinciales y locales", indicó Cafiero, quien precisó que la idea es "detallar cuáles son los indicadores epidemiológicos a la hora de tomar medidas de restricción de circulación para bajar los contagios".
El ministro coordinador explicó que "el artículo del decreto que está vigente, que vence el 31 de enero, les da facultades a los gobernadores para restringir actividades o la circulación" y lo que se hace ahora es "fundamentar el riesgo epidemiológico" para la adopción de medidas.
La decisión se tomó luego de que la ciudad de Buenos Aires y las provincias de Córdoba y Mendoza expusieran sus reparos ante una eventual restricción a la circulación nocturna y cierre de actividades, frente a lo cual el Gobierno dispuso que cada distrito defina las medidas a partir de las nuevas pautas.
Cafiero advirtió que "no hay que permitir que sigan avanzando los casos para no saturar el sistema de salud" y que para ello las autoridades deberán contemplar "medidas que restrinjan la circulación o las actividades nocturnas".
Por su parte, Lammens se refirió a la temporada de verano y destacó la voluntad del Gobierno "de que continúe hasta marzo" y afirmó que por esa razón "se toman hoy estas medidas, para no tener que tomar mayores restricciones".
"Extremar las precauciones, de esto va a depender que tengamos temporada de verano", sostuvo el ministro, quien resaltó "la importancia" de este período del año para el turismo y la "inversión enorme que han hecho los prestadores de servicios para cumplir los protocolos".
