Delinquió, no fue a la cárcel, reincidió y lo condenaron con prisión efectiva
Se trata de un vecino de Arroyito que en menos de un año fue imputado por robo, amenazas y luego, violencia de género.
Un vecino de Arroyito, que en 2020 había sido condenado pero beneficiado con el cese de prisión, tras volver a delinquir y ahora recibió una pena efectiva.
Leandro Peralta (40) estaba detenido desde enero de 2021 imputado como presunto autor de "amenazas simples y violencia familiar en contra de su hermana", hechos cometidos en la ciudad de Arroyito. En un juicio abreviado en el que el acusado reconoció su autoría en los hechos que se le imputan, a solicitud de la fiscal de cámara Consuelo Aliaga, quien previamente había acordado con el asesor letrado Lucio Sarnago el monto de la pena a aplicar, el vocal de la Cámara Criminal y Correccional de San Francisco Guillermo Rabino resolvió una pena unificada de dos años y cuatro meses de cárcel, esta vez, de cumplimiento efectivo.
Peralta en mayo de 2020 había sido condenado en otro juicio abreviado a tres años de prisión al reconocer su autoría en los hechos por los que había sido acusado, en esa ocasión, "robo, violación de domicilio y amenazas", en tanto fue beneficiado con el cese de prisión recuperando su libertad de manera inmediata.
