¿Cuándo reabre el casino y las tragamonedas?
Deberá cumplir un estricto protocolo para disminuir el riesgo de contagio de covid. Unas 180 personas podrán permanecer dentro de la sala, la mitad de la capacidad permitida antes del 13 de marzo -la última vez que abrió-, y ya no se podrá beber ni comer mientras se juaga, son algunos de los cambios que trajo la pandemia.
Con una inactividad de casi 10 meses, producto de la pandemia del coronavirus, se estima que entre los próximos 15 días pueda producirse la reapertura de la sala de juegos de la Concesionaria de Entretenimiento y Turismo (CET) en nuestra ciudad, ubicada en avenida del Libertador (N) 130 que permanece inactiva desde el pasado 13 de marzo, una semana antes de que se decrete el Aislamiento Social, Preventivo y Obligatorio en todo el país.
De esta manera, la sala de juegos local se sumará a las otras que ya abrieron el pasado 2 de enero, ubicadas en los puntos turísticos de nuestra ciudad como el caso de Villa Carlos Paz, Alta Gracia, Ansenuza y Río Ceballos.
La reapertura de estas salas fue posible debido a la reciente aprobación del protocolo previsto por el COE provincial para estos lugares de esparcimiento.
A partir de allí se puso en marcha un complejo mecanismo de puesta a punto de las salas con miras a lograr una homologación por parte de Lotería de Córdoba, organismo que debe certificar el estricto cumplimiento del protocolo técnico y de funcionamiento de todas las máquinas.
El objetivo de la empresa es avanzar hacia la reapertura que podría darse en los próximos días, aunque aún no hay una fecha concreta.
El Grupo Roggio, junto a la empresa Caruso conformaron la UTE CET (Concesionaria de Entretenimiento y Turismo) que comenzó con 1500 tragamonedas pero en la actualidad explota más de 3.500 en toda la provincia de Córdoba.
José Berardo, gerente de Relaciones Institucionales del Grupo CET, confirmó a LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO que están trabajando en la sala de San Francisco para poner todo en condiciones para la reapertura pero, al mismo tiempo, dijo desconocer cuándo podría darse.
"Lotería de Córdoba debe verificar que no hubo actividad en las máquinas existentes desde el momento en que se cerró y una serie de cuestiones que también tienen que ver con la puesta a punto" de toda la infraestructura así como también "la implementación de pautas de saneamiento dispuestas por el COE".
Además, estimó que en los próximos 15 días "probablemente" se pueda lograr la reapertura de la sala de juegos de avenida Libertador Norte. "La idea es que durante la semana se vayan agregando algunas otras salas en la provincia".
En este marco, la sala de Embalse "está prácticamente lista" y próxima a reabrir a partir de lo cual "iremos agregando otros lugares que a medida que estén listos se podrán sumar a la reapertura".
Tras meses de inactividad, reabrirán la sala de Av. Libertador (N).
¿Qué cambiará?
Sin dudas que la reapertura de las salas de juego en la provincia trajo aparejada una serie de cambios que tienen que ver con la necesidad de acatar el protocolo sanitario con el objetivo de reducir al máximo posible el riesgo de contagio del virus entre quienes concurran allí.
En este caso, el COE exige que quien ingrese previamente haya descargado en su celular la aplicación "Cuidar". Además, debe completar una declaración jurada elaborada por la empresa donde constan los datos personales de quien ingresa.
Al igual que ocurre en otros sitios de concurrencia masiva, cuando la persona ingresa al local se le toma la temperatura y además debe atravesar por un proceso de sanitización que comprende una alfombra para desinfectar la suela del calzado y dispositivos con alcohol en gel para utilizar en las manos.
En cada sala, las máquinas están ubicadas con un mecanismo de distanciamiento social.
La obligatoriedad del uso del barbijo es permanente mientras la persona permanece en el interior del local.
El aforo se redujo al 50%, es decir que, en estos casos, el personal que trabaja en el lugar deberá garantizar que el local sea ocupador por la mitad de su capacidad habitual. En este caso, uno de los mecanismos utilizados para el cumplimiento de este objetivo es que las personas utilicen la mitad de las máquinas y el 50 % restante sirvan para separar la distancia entre los jugadores.
En el caso de San Francisco se estima que unas 180 personas puedan ingresar al mismo tiempo a la sala cuando anteriormente la capacidad era de más de 350.
Límites a la gastronomía
El protocolo del COE establece además que en los casinos "no se puede consumir alimentos ni bebidas".
No obstante, en el caso de San Francisco se cuenta con una especie de burbuja independiente donde funciona el restaurant que está separado del resto de la sala.
Para ello, Berardo comentó que "habrá que colocar una barrera sanitizante para el ingreso y egreso de la gente y podría funcionar solo para aquellas personas que consuman en ese sector y no en el resto de la sala" por lo cual queda totalmente prohibido trasladarse con bebidas o comida hasta la máquina de juego.
Mantuvieron la fuente laboral
Pese a los casi 10 meses de inactividad toral, Berardo remarcó la voluntad de la empresa concesionaria por "mantener toda la estructura" a partir del acceso a las líneas de ayuda gubernamental para el pago de salarios que se complementó con el aporte de la misma firma para "sostener la fuente de trabajo".
Protocolizados. Podrán ocupar hasta el 50 % de su capacidad, se exigirá barbijo y deberán velar por el cumplimiento del distanciamiento social. Además, procurar la desinfección permanente de los espacios y de las máquinas tragamonedas entre turnos, ingreso y egreso delimitado por un solo sentido de circulación, un responsable que asignará las slots disponibles y evitará la aglomeración de personas, señalización, separadores físicos entre las máquinas, alfombra sanitizante en el ingreso, alcohol en gel y control de temperatura.
