Córdoba y otras provincias entrarán hoy en default
En la misma situación están Buenos Aires, Chaco, Entre Ríos, La Rioja y Río Negro. La ooposición criticó el endeudamiento y aseguró que se trató de una "mala praxis financiera".
El gobierno de la provincia de Córdoba caerá hoy, inevitablemente, en el default, luego que los acreedores rechazaron las cinco propuestas de pago presentadas por la administración del gobernador Juan Schiaretti.
En la misma situación de default están Buenos Aires, Chaco, Entre Ríos, La Rioja y Río Negro. El resto de las provincias -Salta, Jujuy y Tierra del Fuego- están en proceso de negociación, pero pagando los vencimientos.
Córdoba vino siguiendo una estrategia diferente al resto de los distritos ya que venía cubriendo los vencimientos mientras negociaba. Pero el escenario se fue modificando y hoy, lunes podría tener su primer incumplimiento.
La provincia no pudo acordar la reestructuración de su deuda, al tiempo que se cumple el mes de gracia por el pago de un cupón de intereses de USD 25 millones de dólares vencido el 9 de diciembre del 2020, por lo que hoy la provincia podría entrar en cesación de pagos.
En ese contexto, desde la oposición criticaron el endeudamiento y aseguraron que se trató de una "mala praxis financiera".
