Córdoba por ahora no restringe la circulación horaria: San Francisco acompañará la decisión
Ante el aumento de casos de Covid, el gobierno argentino prohibió la circulación nocturna desde las 23 a 06 hs a partir de este viernes 8. Nuestra provincia aún no se adhiere a la medida.
El gobierno nacional prohibirá la circulación nocturna en todo el país con el fin de que la curva de casos vuelva a bajar. Tras una reunión virtual con todos los gobernadores, el presidente Fernández publicará este viernes 8 de enero el decreto nacional.
La medida abarcaría entre las 23 y las 6 y no alcanzaría a trabajadores esenciales. El artículo 205 del Código Penal establece que "será reprimido con prisión de seis meses a dos años, el que violare las medidas adoptadas por las autoridades competentes, para impedir la introducción o propagación de una epidemia".
No descartan multas y secuestro de autos. En principio, la provincia de Córdoba no tiene previsto limitar la circulación nocturna. Mientras el decreto nacional no lo obligue de manera terminante, no habrá restricciones por el momento.
En cambio, sí se intensificarán los controles en las actividades autorizadas y pedirán a los intendentes que refuercen los operativos. "En San Francisco acataremos lo que decida el gobierno provincial", había adelantado a LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO el intendente Ignacio García Aresca.
