Comienza la obra de extensión de red de gas natural en barrio 9 de Septiembre
Actualmente, el servicio llega a unos 950 frentistas, de los cuales alrededor del 70 % está conectado. La ampliación beneficiará a 120 nuevas familias. Los trabajos demandarán unos 2 meses.
Esta semana comenzará a ejecutarse la ampliación de la red domiciliaria de gas natural en barrio 9 de Septiembre, en San Francisco, que permitirá completar todo el sector con este servicio beneficiando para ello a un total de 950 frentistas.
La extensión permitirá llevar el servicio a unas 120 familias y la obra está a cargo de la empresa Carreño Construcciones.
Entre hoy lunes y mañana martes se comenzará con la señalización de los sectores por donde se va a ejecutar la obra y entre el miércoles o jueves comenzarán los trabajos de zanjeo en el sector.
Se empezará por calle Caseros en su intersección con avenida 9 de Septiembre y luego las tareas continuarán por diferentes calles que aún carecen del servicio en un plazo de obra estimado en 60 días.
Conectados
Actualmente el barrio tiene a unos 830 frentistas con acceso a la red de gas natural y con esta ampliación se completaría el servicio para las 950 familias que residen en el sector. De la totalidad de los frentistas que viven en el barrio, las autoridades del centro vecinal estiman que "entre un 60 y un 70 %" de ellos están conectados actualmente al servicio. En el lugar, la ejecución de la obra para todos los frentistas demandó alrededor de 9 años.
La primera etapa se concretó en 2008, durante la primera gestión de Martín Llaryora como intendente. "Ese fue un año muy importante donde unas 950 familias se beneficiaron con la obra de gas. De ese total, con el paso del tiempo se conectaron más de 700 frentistas".
El presidente del Centro Vecinal Barrio 9 de Septiembre, Héctor Acosta, recordó que "este es el segundo tramo de la obra" que permitirá llevar el gas natural a todo el barrio.
Acosta remarcó también "el compromiso de la empresa" que permitió llevar adelante los trabajos pese a que sufrió tres interrupciones producto de diferentes vaivenes económicos.
Costo
En materia de precios, el presupuesto para esta obra data de 2019, con un precio de 30.500 pesos por frentista-mediante la implementación del sistema de contribución por mejoras- de los cuales más de 80 propiedades corresponden a edificaciones nuevas y el resto corresponden a cierres y propietarios que en su momento no habían suscripto los contratos respectivos. A esto se agregan las propiedades ubicadas sobre Caseros para completar toda la superficie con este servicio.
Acosta resaltó "la actitud de la empresa" que en durante toda la pandemia "siempre tuvo una excelente predisposición para hacer la obra".
"Esta empresa cumplió en nuestro barrio, así como también lo hizo en otros barrios de la ciudad" explicó el vecinalista a LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO.
Igualmente, extendió el reconocimiento "hacia los vecinos que empezaron a pagar pese a que el coronavirus los perjudicó seriamente y ahora están tratando de ponerse al día con su deuda. Esta es una oportunidad porque la obra está por comenzar".
"Un gran logro"
Acosta definió la culminación de esta obra como "un gran logro" para toda la dirigencia del centro vecinal desde donde "se ha trabajado mucho, hablamos con la gente y tuvimos muchas reuniones para poder concretar gestiones que no son tan fáciles como parece".
Recordó luego que en la primera etapa para llevar el gas al barrio "teníamos que golpear la puerta de los hogares para convencer de manera individual a cada vecino para que firme el contrato. Sin embargo, hemos logrado un éxito bastante importante que en esta segunda etapa se va a volver a repetir por el apoyo incondicional de los vecinos que son los verdaderos protagonistas de todo esto".
