<script async="" src="//www.instagram.com/embed.js"></script></div><p>Otro proyecto estratégico es el desarrollo del parque industrial, una iniciativa largamente anhelada que finalmente está tomando forma. <strong>"Hay muchísimos interesados, así que va a marchar firmemente su construcción el próximo año",</strong> afirmó.</p><p>La gestión de Castellina ha puesto especial énfasis en el desarrollo productivo, aprovechando la fortaleza industrial del pueblo con cinco metalúrgicas importantes, la empresa Superblock y la feria Grimaldi. <strong>"Creamos un centro de desarrollo productivo para nuclear la actividad del pueblo",</strong> explicó.</p><p>Un aspecto distintivo de su administración es el trabajo colaborativo. <strong>"Tenemos un trabajo en red con todas las instituciones: colegios, cooperativas, clubes. Nos reunimos mensualmente, coordinamos acciones y nos apoyamos permanentemente", </strong>destacó.</p><h3>Desafíos y visión a futuro</h3><p>Para 2025, el intendente anticipa un ambicioso plan de viviendas municipales. <strong>"Queremos lanzar un loteo municipal y un plan de viviendas para atender el déficit habitacional", </strong>reveló.</p><p>El lafranceño celebró la estrecha relación con el gobierno provincial, resaltando el apoyo recibido a través de fondos como el Focom, que permitió concretar obras públicas como adoquinado de calles y construcción de una plaza.</p><p><strong>"Hoy podemos decir que nos sentimos acompañados y respaldados por nuestra gente", concluyó Castellina, </strong>subrayando que su gestión se retroalimenta de la escucha permanente y la acción consecuente.</p><h3>Mensaje a los vecinos</h3><p>En un mensaje directo a los habitantes de La Francia, Castellina expresa profunda gratitud: <strong>"Agradecerle a toda la gente de la Francia por haber confiado en mí el año pasado en el momento de las elecciones y haber apostado también pensando en mi juventud".</strong></p><p>El intendente reconoce que el respaldo ciudadano es fundamental. Gonzalo Requena: un debut soñado en Primera

<p>El 2024 será recordado como el año en que <strong>Santiago Vaira inscribió su nombre en la historia del automovilismo</strong>. Santiago Vaira: un campeón que hizo historia

Adrián Vocos: teatro de los sueños

<p><strong>Bernardo Alberione</strong> cumplió este 2024 su último año como<strong> Fiscal de Delitos Complejos y Fiscal Antinarcotráfico de San Francisco</strong> cerrando así una trayectoria dentro del Poder Judicial de la provincia de Córdoba que lo tuvo al frente de los casos más complicados de la ciudad, durante más de 20 años. <strong>Alberione</strong> se desempeñó durante 39 años por diferentes estamentos de la justicia provincial, en una carrera que comenzó en 1985.</p><p>Fue, además, docente universitario en la Universidad Nacional del Litoral. El caso <strong>Vercesi, </strong>el crimen de <strong>Daniel Casermeiro</strong> y la búsqueda de <strong>Leonardo Sacco</strong> fueron algunos de los casos más importantes en los que investigó en los últimos veinte años, casos que conmovieron a nuestra ciudad y que llegaron a ser de alcance nacional.</p><p><strong>Alberione</strong> siempre dijo que los casos que le daban mayor gratitud resolver eran los vinculados a los que las víctimas eran mujeres o niños. <strong>Alberione</strong> simbolizó durante muchos años a la justicia local, y su salida significó una reconfiguración del aparato judicial que perdió a uno de sus referentes y hacedores que se fue sin dejar causas por esclarecer. Bernardo Alberione: el final del fiscal

<p>Hace rato que el sanfrancisqueño<strong> Diego Baravalle </strong>dejó de estar identificado exclusivamente con los colores azul y amarillo <strong>por ser el histórico referente de la Peña Boquense de nuestra ciudad, </strong>una de las más importantes del país. El nombre del ex kiosquero hace años pasó a estar fuertemente relacionado con la solidaridad.&nbsp;</p><p>Su trabajo, a veces poco difundido, <strong>se enfoca en encontrar una solución a quienes padecen una necesidad, muchas veces urgente,</strong> como cuestiones de salud que requieren de una rápida intervención y –sobre todo- mucho dinero. Joaquín Córdoba: lo familiar se hizo digital

<p>En 2024,<strong> Soraya Molina</strong> logró avances importantes para la danza y la cultura en San <strong>Francisco.</strong> Como directora de <strong>Ballet Patria, </strong>junto a José Bollea, presentó espectáculos que llevaron nuestras raíces culturales a escenarios destacados, revalorizando las tradiciones locales. Este año marcó un momento clave en su trayectoria con la creación de <strong>Las Patrias, la primera compañía de danza integrada exclusivamente por mujeres en San Francisco.</strong></p><p>Este proyecto <strong>abrió un nuevo espacio para el talento femenino, </strong>fortaleciendo su lugar en la cultura. Soraya Molina: la danza, primero

Alumnos del Colegio San Martín: unos chicos “de Fierro”

<p>El intendente más joven en la historia de<strong> La Francia, Franco Castellina (36), </strong>ha implementado un modelo de gestión que combina juventud con experiencia, innovación con pragmatismo, y desarrollo económico con sostenibilidad ambiental.</p><p>Con experiencia previa como secretario de Gobierno, Castellina logró hitos significativos: <strong>cerró el histórico basural a cielo abierto creando un parque ambiental con reciclaje total, impulsó el desarrollo del parque industrial y fundó un Centro de Desarrollo Productivo para capacitación laboral.</strong></p><p>Su gestión se destaca por un modelo participativo que integra instituciones locales y prioriza el desarrollo sostenible.
