Caso Débora Pérez Volpin: Dos cardiólogos que la asistieron dijeron en el juicio que "ya no tenía pulso"
Los médicos que le realizaron maniobras de reanimación a la periodista aseguraron que se encontraron con "un cuadro catastrófico".
Dos de
los cardiólogos que el 6 de febrero de 2018 asistieron a Débora Pérez Volpin en
el Sanatorio La Trinidad del barrio porteño de Palermo coincidieron en señalar
que la periodista "ya no tenía pulso" al iniciar las maniobras de
reanimación, luego de haber sido convocados al quirófano ante el cuadro de
emergencia, informó Télam.
"La
sensación cuando ingresé era que ya estaba muerta y que no había chances de
sobrevida", aseveró el cardiólogo Diego Cabrera Argaña al declarar esta
mañana en calidad de testigo en el comienzo de la cuarta audiencia en el juicio
oral y público por la muerte de la periodista que, en plena feria judicial, se
desarrolla hoy en el Palacio de Tribunales.
El
segundo médico cardiólogo que ingresó al quirófano donde se encontraba Pérez
Volpin dijo que, cuando él entró en escena, el cuadro era
"catastrófico" y que, de hecho, recién supo que se trataba de la
periodista cuando, en el medio de las maniobras de reanimación se lo
comentaron, dado que él no la había reconocido, producto de la deformidad que
tenía.
En
tanto, la médica cardióloga Agustina Ramos, la primera en llegar al quirófano
luego de requerida la asistencia por parte de la instrumentadora que
participaba del procedimiento, Miriam Eliana Frías, afirmó que "la
paciente no tenía pulso", con lo cual inmediatamente inició las
"maniobras de RPC", es decir de reanimación cardiopulmonar.
"La
paciente en todo momento estuvo sin pulso y se siguió el protocolo de
reanimación, consistente en masajes y adrenalinas", aseveró Ramos, al
declarar esta mañana ante el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal y Correccional número
8 de la Capital Federal, representado en este juicio por un único juez, Javier
Anzoátegui.
Ramos
fue la primera cardióloga que ingresó al quirófano luego del requerimiento de
los dos profesionales que estaban a cargo del procedimiento que se le
practicaba a Débora Pérez Volpin, acusados de "homicidio culposo" en
este juicio, el endoscopista Diego Bialolenkier y la anestesista Nélida
puente.
Según
el testimonio de la cardióloga, mientras ella inició las maniobras de
reanimación, la anestesista intentaba "intubarla, pero no lo lograba, al
estar edematizada y con secreciones sanguinolientas", y el endoscopista se
encontraba "de pie, en situación de alerta" y, luego, por pedido de
ella, "participó de las maniobras" mientras ella pedía
refuerzos.
Además,
dijo que si bien en un primer momento, debido a que la paciente "tenía la
cara y el cuello hinchados", podía presumirse que se trataba de una
"reacción alérgica", cuando tocó su cuerpo, en la parte de arriba del
tronco, "se sentían crepitaciones, lo cual daba la pauta de que no se
trataba de una reacción alérgica" y sugería la presencia de "aire".
No
obstante, continuó la médica, en su testimonio, "como la paciente estaba
en paro yo inicié las maniobras de reanimación cardiopulmonar", tal como
lo indican "los protocolos".
Además,
detalló que, en un primer momento, la paciente tenía su rostro y su cuello
hinchado pero que, luego, "con el correr de los minutos, el color de su
cuerpo se fue tornando más azulado, y comenzó a hincharse su pecho y su
abdomen".
Antes,
en lo que fue la primera declaración testimonial de la jornada de hoy, cuarta
en el juicio que arrancó el lunes último, el cardiólogo Diego Cabrera Argaña
había dicho que, cuando él ingresó al quirófano, el cuadro era
"catastrófico" y que "de ninguna manera había posibilidad de
sobrevida".
"Por
mi experiencia, cuando entré hacía un par de minutos que la paciente ya estaba
muerta", resaltó el especialista, quien indicó que, no obstante, se le
continuaron realizando las maniobras de reanimación, consistentes en "comprimir
y administrar adrenalina".
Además,
consignó que recién supo que se trataba de la periodista Débora Pérez Volpin en
el transcurso de las maniobras y que era tal "la deformación" de su
cuerpo y de su rostro, que no la había reconocido.
También,
detalló que, cuando ingresó y al comenzar a actuar, había preguntado "la
causa del paro y el momento en el que se produjo" y que los dos
profesionales a cargo del procedimiento le habían dicho "que no
sabían".
En el marco de la audiencia de hoy está prevista la declaración de otros siete testigos, entre ellos el director médico del Sanatorio La Trinidad, Roberto Martignano.
