Brinkmann: Advirtió la ausencia de los restos de su padre cuando iba a reducirlo
Ocurrió el pasado domingo en el cementerio de Brinkmann cuando se intentaba hacer la reducción del cuerpo con autorización municipal.
La Familia Garrone no sale de su asombro todavía, por lo sucedido, "al momento de realizar la reducción, no estaba el cajón en el panteón, no estaba mi padre", comentó Nevis.
Agregó como dato que hace 39 años que falleció y en principio los restos habían sido depositados en un nicho con comodato durante 20 años, luego renovado por 10 años más, "hasta que mi mamá decidió trasladarlo hasta el panteoncito de mi tía, hace 16 años". Detalló que el cajón era un cofre que tenía mucho bronce.
Nevis se reunió con el Intendente de Brinkamnn que cuando se enteró se puso a disposición de la familia para iniciar la investigación a través de actas de archivo.
"No sabemos nada de cuando, entre esos 16 años, alguien se llevó el cajón con los restos de mi padre. No hay indicios de nada en el lugar, ni siquiera alguna muestra de violencia en la puerta Ahí hay manos muy perfectas", aseveró la hija del difunto.
Según las declaraciones de Chuchi Tevez, el Intendente prometió "hacer todo lo que sea necesario", en la próxima semana con la abogada municipal para levantar actas.
La profanación de tumbas o la sustracción del cadáver de su lugar de último reposo, sea en un proceso en que se ejerza violencia o no, constituye un delito que está contemplado en Código Penal de la Nación. Se puede calificar de un robo o hurto, dependiendo si en el hecho medió o no violencia para llevar adelante la profanación.
