Bolmaro estuvo durante 11 minutos y 18 segundos en el rectángulo de juego del American Airlines Center, de Dallas, acumulando dos rebotes ofensivos, un balón perdido y una infracción.
El goleador de Minnesota fue Karl Anthony Towns con 26 puntos (14 rebotes), mientras que el máximo anotador del partido fue el base Jalen Brunson, con 28 tantos, para los Mavericks.
Descartan parar
El comisionado de la NBA, Adam Silver, descartó una posible cancelación momentánea de la competición porque hay que "acostumbrarse a convivir con el coronavirus", frente a los nuevos brotes en Estados Unidos.
"Creo que nos estamos encontrando donde sabíamos que íbamos a llegar durante los últimos meses, y es que este virus no se va a erradicar y vamos a tener que aprender a vivir con él, y creo que eso es lo que estamos viviendo en la liga ahora mismo", reflexionó Silver en una nota con Espn.
"Nos parece que lo correcto y responsable, teniendo en cuenta todos los factores, es seguir jugando", comentó.
Sin embargo, varias franquicias de la NBA se vieron diezmadas y con ello bajaron sus rendimientos, al punto que analizan la posibilidad de reemplazar a los infectados para no tener tantas bajas a la hora de enfrentar un calendario sobrecargado.
