Barrio Acapulco: 20 allanamientos en un fuerte operativo de seguridad
Si bien no se dieron detalles de la investigación, destacaron que el éxito del procedimiento que llevaron a cabo de manera coordinada la justicia provincial y federal.
Este miércoles se realizaron 20 allanamientos en barrio Acapulco de Josefina y alrededores, con resultados positivos.
Los mismos fueron producto de un operativo coordinado entre la fiscalía de Frontera y la fiscalía federal de Rafaela.
"En la inteligencia de que las agencias del Estado deben cooperar para conseguir sus objetivos, se comenzó un trabajo de colaboración junto a la fiscalía federal. Este tipo de gestiones posibilitan un mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos y potencian las posibilidades de éxito en las investigaciones. No puede desconocerse que si se pretende abordar el espectro delictivo a gran escala, debe hacerse una lectura integral de los fenómenos criminales. Desde ese punto de vista, una persecución penal efectiva requiere de abordajes complejos que involucren ambas competencias", informaron fuentes judiciales.
Y aclararon que "a menudo, una organización destinada al narcomenudeo (federal), comete otros tipos de delitos no federales (tenencia de armas, robos de motos, amenazas, extorsiones, etc).
"La investigación conjunta y ejecución de diligencias coordinadas, brindan mayores posibilidades de éxito en ambos frentes y posibilitan una lectura más profunda de la situación. En este tipo de delincuencia una comprensión global del fenómeno se presenta como necesaria. Estos allanamientos son el resultado de esfuerzos de gestión y arduo trabajo colaborativo de ambos actores", concluyeron.
