Barovero: “No quería fallarle al club”

El escolta sanfrancisqueño Bruno Barovero en diálogo con LA VOZ DE SAN JUSTO, señaló que su decisión de renunciar a San Isidro se debió estrictamente a razones labores personales que le impedían involucrarse de lleno en el equipo que se prepara para el comienzo de una nueva edición de la Liga Argentina de básquetbol. "No quería fallarles", tiró.
"Tengo mi emprendimiento laboral que comencé durante la pandemia y no puedo descuidarlo y obviamente que para el básquet hay que estar ciento por ciento. Intenté poder llevar adelante las cosas a la vez pero se me complicó. Así que decidí rescindir el contrato porque no quería fallarle al club", expresó.
"Si bien iba a entrenar tenía la cabeza en otro lado, o bien no entrenaba de manera extra como lo solía hacer, entonces no quería fallarle al entrenador, a mis compañeros y sobre todo a los dirigentes que son gente de acá y a los que les tengo mucho aprecio", añadió.
"No quería quedarme a "hacer la plancha", quiero siempre el bien para San Isidro y que vaya para arriba, entonces iba a tener una actitud egoísta si me quedaba y repito, iba a sentir que les estaba fallando. Entonces al no estar ciento por ciento para jugar tomé la decisión de dejar, algo que los dirigentes entendieron y como siempre estoy muy agradecido al club".
Finalmente acerca de un posible retorno a la actividad, expresó: "Voy a seguir trabajando en la ciudad y al mismo tiempo veré si puedo volver a jugar pero por ahora no lo tomé como un retiro del básquet".
