Alberto Fernández defendió a Donda tras el escándalo con su empleada doméstica
El Presidente sostuvo que "el Estado no debe ser una maquinaria de empleo". La titular del Inadi fue imputada hoy por los delitos de "administración fraudulenta y malversación de fondos públicos".
El presidente Alberto Fernández se refirió a la polémica en torno a la interventora del INADI, Victoria Donda, y consideró "no está en la naturaleza" de la funcionaria "sacarle ventaja a los puestos del Estado".
"Quien conoce a Victoria sabe que no está en su naturaleza sacarle ventaja a los puestos del Estado", subrayó el mandatario. En diálogo con Radio Con Vos, el jefe de Estado subrayó que "es cierto que el Estado ha sido utilizado muchas veces como seguro de desempleo" y que también "es cierto que ha habido abusos".
"Creo que el Estado no debe ser una maquinaria de empleo", manifestó. Esta semana se conoció que la titular del INADI le habría ofrecido un empleo en el organismo que conduce a su empleada doméstica.
Frente a las acusaciones, Donda explicó que suele emplear gente que conoce en el organismo y que el ofrecimiento se debió a que su empleada no podía realizar más el trabajo doméstico y quiso asegurarle un ingreso.
Donda fue imputada hoy por "administración fraudulenta y malversación de fondos públicos", luego de que su empleada doméstica denunciara que la funcionaria le ofreció un cargo en el organismo ante el reclamo de una indemnización y aportes jubilatorios.
La denuncia contra Donda fue presentada por el abogado Fernando Zarabozo, en representación de Arminda Banda Oxa, la empleada doméstica de la titular del INADI y la causa le tocó al juez Sebastián Casanello, que subroga el Juzgado Federal 12. El juez delegó la causa al fiscal Guillermo Marijuán, quien se encuentra de licencia y en su reemplazo actúa Eduardo Taiano, que impulsó el caso e imputó a la titular del Instituto Nacional contra la Discriminación, la Xenofobia y el Racismo (INADI).
