Tras ser indagado, el inspector de Tránsito sigue detenido
El trabajador municipal está imputado por lesiones graves, sin embargo, la acusación podría cambiar cuando el fiscal Oscar Gieco reciba el informe médico sobre el estado del joven de 18 años al que habría hecho caer de la moto arrojándole un cono en la cabeza durante un control en avenida Cervantes.
En el mediodía de este martes, tras designar como defensor al asesor letrado César Testa, fue indagado Jorge Ponce (57), el inspector municipal de tránsito detenido e imputado por presuntamente ocasionar el grave accidente que sufrió un joven motociclista en la madrugada del domingo en avenida Cervantes. En tanto, el agente se abstuvo de declarar.
La causa, que en un primer momento recayó en la fiscal del 2º turno Silvana Quaglia, quien luego se apartó, ahora está en manos del fiscal del 1º turno Oscar Gieco.
Se investiga si Ponce arrojó un cono anaranjado -de esos que se usan para balizar los controles de tránsito- el que impactó en la cabeza del motociclista de 18 años. Esta situación se habría dado en el marco de un control de rutina de Policía Municipal.
La imputación de Ponce, quien es empleado de planta permanente del municipio de San Francisco, podría cambiar este miércoles cuando el fiscal reciba el informe médico del joven que seguía internado en una clínica de la ciudad donde evoluciona favorablemente.
Mientras tanto, Ponce continúa alojado en la Alcaidía de la Departamental San Justo al aguardo de que se resuelva su situación procesal.
La familia del motociclista, que anticipó que se constituirá en querellante particular en la causa con el patrocinio del abogado Julio Fonti, dio su versión de lo ocurrido en Cervantes al 3.600, frente al edificio de la Dirección de Policía Municipal: "Tomás pasó y este inspector le pegó con el cono en la cabeza", contó la mamá del joven.
