Parque Nacional Ansenuza, la puerta al desarrollo turístico de San Justo
La provincia cedió las tierras y Ansenuza será Parque Nacional. Esto potenciará el turismo en el mar cordobés pero también abre una oportunidad turística para los pueblos que tienen cercanía a la laguna, generando divisas para las economías regionales. ¿Cómo se prepara cada municipio?
Este 2021, Córdoba dio un paso fundamental hacia la creación del Parque Nacional Ansenuza. En una histórica sesión de la legislatura provincial, se aprobó en agosto y por unanimidad, el proyecto de cesión de la jurisdicción de las tierras a la Nación para que finalmente se convierta en realidad el viejo anhelo en el departamento San Justo. Se trata del Parque y Reserva Natural Laguna Mar de Ansenuza y Bañados del Río Dulce.
El proyecto de ley pasó al Congreso Nacional y aguarda por su declaración definitiva la que llegaría en 2022 y de esta manera abre una nueva oportunidad turística para los municipios que rodean a la Mar Chiquita.
De hecho, estos pueblos con ADN agropecuario trabajan todo este 2021 en la diagramación de estrategias, propuestas culturales y recreativas y la dotación de infraestructura a una amplia zona del noroeste cordobés para crear un polo eco turístico (que generará divisas para la economía de la región) y a su vez resguardar la belleza y las bondades de uno de los humedales más grandes de Sudamérica. Esto trae aparejado también crecimiento del sector gastronómico y cultural.
La Fundación Aves y la Fundación Wyss- que donará 6 millones de dólares para los trabajos - junto a otras ONG como Natura Internacional y Aves Argentinas, son claves en este proyecto que cuenta con la colaboración de los municipios. Científicos, técnicos recorren la zona y trabajan en el diseño paisajístico del futuro Parque. Asimismo vienen realizando una serie de charlas abiertas para emprendedores y prestadores turísticos en la región.
Miramar, el centro turístico
La laguna de Mar Chiquita y los Bañados del Río Dulce son un enorme humedal, de alrededor de un millón de hectáreas, donde solo el lago salado ronda las 600.000 hectáreas. Es el lago salino más grande de Sudamérica y entre los cinco primeros del mundo.
Es un hábitat único ya que en la región se encuentra el 66% de todas las especies de aves migratorias y playeras registradas en Argentina, y se concentran más de 380 especies de aves, casi el 36% de la avifauna total del país.
La difusión que ha tomado este destino a nivel nacional, fue este 2021 uno de los disparadores del turismo en Miramar, un destino a conocer para muchos visitantes de todo el país y despierta el interés de los turistas internacionales amantes del ecoturismo.
El coronavirus "le cambió la cara" al turismo regional. El fuerte de Miramar de Ansenuza siempre el fin de semana, y aunque no dejó de serlo, las familias prefieren visitar este destino entre semanas para disfrutar de un mayor distanciamiento social.
Autoridades locales consideran que desde julio, cuando comenzaron a flexibilizarse las actividades en medio de la pandemia, las reservas fueron creciendo cada fin de semana y, acentuándose con la llegada del clima más cálido.
A partir de septiembre se notó un boom de reservas, de la mano de los fines de semanas largos lo cual vaticina una temporada de verano 21/22 "excelente".
En Miramar, son múltiples las actividades que se pueden hacer y que van desde sus playas, paseos en kayacs, cabalgatas, senderos de tracking, excursiones náuticas, avistajes de aves, visita a museos, criaderos de nutrias, entre otras opciones.
Los pueblos definen sus atractivos
Si bien "la perla" de Ansenuza es Miramar, por la cercanía que poseen los pueblos de alrededor (con pocos kilómetros que las separan) van a fortalecer y tratar de generar ofertas de forma efectiva a la gente que vaya a Miramar, para que tengan atractivos de distinta índole en estas localidades, algunas de ellas con acceso directo a la laguna y otras no, pero que pero cuentan con bondades naturales y culturales para poder "explotar".
* El Bajo de Ansenuza en Morteros. Volvió a convertirse en un atractivo clave con actividades que se realizaron antes de la pandemia y que buscan potenciar, tales como yoga, cocina sin fuego, ciclismo, entre otros.
De hecho, recientemente, el director de Natura Internacional, Byron Swift visitó la ciudad para conocer los proyectos realizados desde el municipio en relación al Bajo de Ansenuza. El objetivo principal es avanzar sobre la construcción de senderos y diseño paisajístico del parque, donde, además de la visita al bajo, se prevé un recorrido histórico y arquitectónico por la ciudad, culminando en el Museo Regional Ángel Paco Molli.
* Astroturismo en Chipión. Si bien el avistaje de aves y la visita al museo es un atractivo popular en Altos de Chipión, el pueblo busca diferenciarse con el turismo astronómico. Así propone otra oferta que no se limita a actividades diurnas, sino también nocturna. Con los mismos telescopios terrestres que usan de día para la observación de aves, de noche se pueden ver las estrellas.
De hecho, hecho gestionan el reconocimiento internacional Starlight, fundación que certifica cielos que no tengan contaminación lumínica para desarrollar el turismo astronómico y la fotografía. De conseguirla, el pueblo se transformaría en el "segundo cielo cordobés" en recibirla, detrás de un hospedaje de Capilla del Monte y a diferencia de este último, en Altos de Chipión el reconocimiento no se limitará a un alojamiento sino al destino en su totalidad, como región asociada.
*Brinkmann, "Jardín de Ansenuza". Los lapachos constituyen la "joya" natural de la ciudad y conforman un paisaje "digno de ser apreciado" durante las cuatro estaciones del año, ya que sus espacios verdes muestran diferentes tonalidades. En este marco, será reconocida como "El Jardín de Ansenuza" potenciando a la ciudad para que el turismo se acerque a apreciar la naturaleza, los espacios públicos como plazoletas y paseos, iglesias, casa del fundador y casonas.
*Río, laguna y mar en Marull. A solo 20 kilómetros de la turística Miramar de Ansenuza, Marull se se afianza como una alternativa para disfrutar el verano con tres balnearios y playas con la particularidad de contar con ambientes diferentes: río, laguna y mar, y a apenas 15 kilómetros de distancia entre sí. Se trata de balneario El Puente, Laguna del Plata y Playa Grande.
El primero de ellos, ubicado a tres kilómetros del pueblo, sobre uno de los brazos del río Xanaes, posee un camping que cuenta con instalaciones y servicios necesarios para el disfrute de los visitantes. El marco perfecto se lo da el antiguo puente ferroviario, donde una cascada de agua ofrece un fresco baño en el manantial.
Continuando por la Ruta 17, pero a 8 kilómetros de Marull, está el balneario Laguna del Plata, un espejo de agua salada donde también practicar actividades recreativas y pesca deportiva.
Por último, sobre la Laguna de Ansenuza, ya a 15 kilómetros de la localidad, está el balneario Playa Grande, un gran banco de arena.
*Atractivos naturales y festivales en Balnearia. El pueblo posee un amplio polideportivo equipado con quinchos y asadores; canchas de fútbol, básquet y paddle que se puede visitar en cualquier época del año. Durante el verano, funciona una pileta olímpica (única en la región) y una escuela estival. También se puede visitar el Museo Histórico Municipal "San José" emplazado en la vieja estación de trenes.
En marzo, en el marco de las fiestas patronales, se lleva a cabo el "Festi-Bal", un evento de las diversas culturas inmigrantes. Se puede disfrutar de la oferta gastronómica internacional y espectáculos de primera línea con entrada libre y gratuita.
*Cabalgatas y caminatas en La Paquita. De las localidades que conforman el proyecto, sólo seis tienen acceso directo por caminos públicos a la laguna y La Paquita es una de ellas. Se están generando nuevos emprendimientos en este sentido para marcar senderos, hacer caminatas, cabalgatas. También ya hay jóvenes trabajando para la ONG Aves Argentinas, que ya generaron los primeros puestos de trabajo en el pueblo.
*Parque Pleistocénico en La Para. Conocida como "la ciudad verde", la localidad de La Para no pertenece a San Justo, sino al departamento Río Primero. Sin embargo es una de las piezas claves en la región de Ansenuza con su reconocida Laguna del Plata. Pero este 2021 se hizo "más famosa" a partir de la inauguración del parque pleistocénico, el primero en el país con estas características.
El paseo interactivo y educativo cuenta con 10 réplicas en tamaño real de grandes mamíferos que habitaron la región de Ansenuza durante el período geológico conocido como Pleistoceno, que tuvo lugar entre 3.000.000 y 10.000 años atrás.
Anexo a este espacio se encuentra el flamante paseo de artesanos, recientemente inaugurado junto a la plaza de la democracia.
