Música y teatro para reivindicar la importancia de los Derechos Humanos
Mañana a las 21 en el Centro Cultural se realizará un festival alusivo organizado por la Comisión Memoria, Verdad y Justicia de la ciudad. En este marco, sus integrantes analizaron la situación actual en el país y San Francisco.

Cualquier fecha es buena para hablar de Derechos Humanos, aunque en realidad siempre en la sociedad estamos refiriéndonos a ellos implícitamente. El 10 de diciembre, una fecha clave siempre en Argentina, es motivo también de reflexión en esta materia teniendo en cuenta que se recuerda la Declaración que los reconoció como tales en 1948.
Debido a su importancia a nivel mundial pareciera increíble que deba existir una Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos, un poco la "madre" de otras convenciones específicas, sin embargo, basta revisar diferentes pasajes de la historia de la humanidad para comprender por qué existe y es necesario reivindicarlos una y otra vez.
La Comisión Memoria, Verdad y Justicia de San Francisco este año decidió también pensar los Derechos Humanos desde la alegría y los aportes que puede realizar el arte, por eso mañana a partir de las 21 en el Centro Cultural realizarán un festival.
La ocasión se prestó para analizar la coyuntura actual en esta temática a nivel país y también en San Francisco, en este sentido expresaron que "Argentina es (un país) vanguardista en los avances con respecto a garantizar el acceso a servicios de salud reproductiva e interrupción legal del embarazo, la protección de derechos de las personas LGBT+ y en el juzgamiento de abusos cometidos durante la última dictadura militar (aún con demoras en algunas causas)".
"Nos queda mucho por construir en cuanto a garantizar el respeto a los Derechos Humanos pero lo más importante es que está instalada desde la vuelta a la democracia y desde el trabajo sin precedentes de las madres y las Abuelas de Plaza de Mayo, la defensa y puesta en agenda de los temas relacionados a la defensa y respeto de los Derechos Humanos", reflexionaron.
Escollos
El informe de 2020 de American Human Rights da cuenta de que existen problemas en Argentina en la garantía de derechos humanos históricos, en este aspecto desde la Comisión enumeraron los casos de abusos policiales, condiciones de detención deficientes y violencia contra las mujeres.
Esto se suma a la impunidad que aun existe en torno al atentado a la AMIA ocurrido en 1994 y las demoras en la designación de jueces permanentes para agilizar la investigación que es una herida abierta en la memoria nacional.
"En la actualidad el derecho a la libertad de expresión y el acceso a la información se encuentran en agenda para su vigilancia ya que los medios de comunicación y el Poder Judicial han desarrollado prácticas de lawfare que atentan contra el normal desarrollo de los gobiernos en América Latina", criticaron.
El presente en la ciudad
A nivel local, la historia es diferente, adquiere otra magnitud de cierta forma, por ello dijeron que hay que valorar la realización de la marcha del 24 de marzo trabajando conjuntamente con diferentes organizaciones, contar con el espacio y bosque de la Memoria (inaugurado en 2020).
También resaltaron la participación que se hace en las charlas de los establecimientos educativos o los diferentes conversatorios realizados previo a la pandemia y la amplia repercusión que tienen.
"Por hacer nos queda difundir de manera más amplia y constante de qué hablamos cuando hablamos de Derechos Humanos en la actualidad. El Festival es un primer paso para pensarnos en este presente, en clave de Derechos Humanos", cerraron.
Sobre el festival
El "Festival por los Derechos Humanos" tendrá lugar hoy viernes en el Centro Cultural de nuestra ciudad (intersección entre calles Mitre y Juan José Paso) a partir de las 21. La concurrencia es con entrada libre y gratuita y habrá servicio de cantina, cabe destacar que lo recaudado se destinará a los merenderos Los Kinteros y La Amistad.
Los artistas en escena serán Mili Boscacci, Miel Melano, Farafa y Roma acompañados por las integrantes de la compañía Manada Teatro.
