Enero con pocas ventas en las agencias de viaje
Con el inicio del año y la temporada de verano, las agencias aseguraron que la venta fue baja o casi nula en comparación al mismo mes del 2020.
Empezó el año y como siempre, la temporada de verano. Sin embargo, luego de meses sin trabajar por la pandemia, las agencias de viaje aseguraron que la venta fue baja o casi nula en comparación a enero de 2020. Tampoco funcionó el programa Nacional Pre Viaje, que permite el recupero del 50% de lo gastado para utilizar en el destino.
Sin chances de viajar al exterior, el sur argentino es el más elegido con la modalidad aéreo, gastando $50.000 promedio por pasajero.
María Sabrina Alcántaro de La Vida es Bella Viajes y Turismo, "la venta de enero fue muy tranquila, casi nula. No alcanza el 10% de lo que se registró en enero 2020".
"Tuvimos una buena venta en enero, pero en comparación al año pasado fue muy debajo. Hay que tener en cuenta que, por la pandemia, cerramos en el mes de marzo y recién abrimos nuestras puertas en octubre", señaló Sebastián Cravanzola de Agadez Viajes.
Tanto en una como otra agencia, los destinos elegidos fueron en el sur argentino con un gasto promedio de $50.000 por persona. "Lo que se vendió fue Ushuaia y Calafate, así como Patagonia en Bus", refirió Alcántaro a lo que Cravanzola agregó que "La gente eligió muchísimo el sur y también Cataratas del Iguazú, pero en aéreo porque la diferencia era mínima".
Apuestan a febrero
A diferencia de este primer mes del año, las agencias reactivaron sus ventas para febrero y con mayo uso del programa Pre Viaje. "Tenemos muchos viajes vendidos para febrero con el programa Pre Viaje, ya que lo que correspondía al mes de enero; al principio, cerraba el 31 de octubre, después lo prolongaron hasta el 15 de noviembre y ese es el momento en que la gente empezó a notar este beneficio y tenía conocimiento de qué se trataba".
El programa Pre Viaje permitía acceder a la devolución del 50% de los gastos de vacaciones en febrero 2021 en crédito, para utilizar tanto en ese viaje como en otras escapadas a lo largo de todo el año próximo, comprando hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2020. "El Pre viaje fue el puntapié para que la gente pueda volver a viajar Esto beneficia al pasajero y al turismo receptivo como hoteles, gastronomía y tiendas a que haya movimiento en ese lugar", aseguró Cravanzola.
Expectativas
Con respecto a los meses que siguen, Alcántaro aseguró que está muy quieto el mercado. "Hubo buenas ventas entre octubre y noviembre, pero nunca me pasó que la temporada alta esté tan tranquila. La expectativa es que posterior a la vacuna, entre mayo y junio, se comience a movilizar".
Por su parte, Cravanzola dijo: "Para los meses que siguen el futuro es un tanto incierto ante la nueva cepa de coronavirus, pero uno tiene fe y apuesta a que se va a normalizar, volviendo un movimiento gradual que tuvimos años anterior".
Con consultas del 90% sobre destinos nacionales, las agencias afirmaron que la pandemia cambió la forma de vacacionar. La pandemia de coronavirus cambió la forma de viajar de los argentinos. Antes, muchos elegían vacacionar en el exterior como en las playas del Caribe, pero ahora la opción es la Argentina", concluyó Cravanzola.
