“En San Francisco está garantizada la calidad de agua potable”
Tras las críticas del Suoem, desde el municipio explicaron cómo es el análisis y tratamiento de potabilización.
Luego que a través de un comunicado el Suoem apuntara a la situación sanitaria de San Francisco, la cual calificaron de "alarmante", desde la Administración Municipal de Obras Sanitarias (Amos) salieron a explicar el procedimiento de análisis del agua previo y posterior al tratamiento de potabilización a la que se somete la misma en nuestra ciudad a fin de ser utilizada para consumo humano.
En primer término, "el municipio analiza las muestras que ingresan al acueducto de la Cooperativa de Trabajo Acueducto Centro. Ltda. (Cotac) para garantizar que la calidad de agua que recibimos en San Francisco y en otros municipios que se nutren de este acueducto es óptima para el consumo", indicaron.
Luego, "desde el área de Bromatología dependiente de la Secretaría de Salud, se controla periódicamente el agua de salida tras el tratamiento con cloro, donde se realizan análisis físico- químico y bacteriológico. Posteriormente se toman muestras en la cisterna de la planta de Amos y en distintos puntos de la ciudad para ver cómo está trabajando el cloro que se le agregó".
Siguieron: "Los resultados obtenidos de los análisis periódicos muestran que el agua es apta para el consumo humano, no arrojando ningún valor que indique que el agua no es correcta. Esas mismas muestras se envían posteriormente a la ciudad de Córdoba".
De esta manera, "podemos garantizar que la calidad de agua potable que se brinda en San Francisco es apta para el consumo humano".
Recordemos que en el marco de las asambleas que lleva a delante el Sindicato Unión Obreros y Empleados Municipales en reclamo de mejores condiciones laborales en las Secretarías de Servicios e Infraestructura, habían advertido que "el sistema de cloro para potabilizar el agua se encuentra obsoleto, la cisterna hace nueve años que no se limpia con el anti óxido correspondiente, las válvulas no funcionan bien y podrían dejar a toda la ciudad sin agua". En tanto, el municipio se refirió al tema para llevar tranquilidad a los vecinos.
