El patio, el gran protagonista de estas vacaciones distintas
Por la pandemia y con la decisión de no viajar para exponerse al coronavirus, muchas familias decidieron equipar los espacios exteriores para disfrutar de la temporada estival. La venta fue positiva para los negocios dedicados al rubro.
Para muchos, vacaciones es sinónimo de viaje. Sin embargo, la pandemia de coronavirus trastocó todos los planes del verano.
Este es el caso de muchas familias sanfrancisqueñas que esta temporada no tendrán ni Brasil ni sierras de Córdoba y pasarán los meses de calorcito en casa bajo la modalidad "Staycation" -vacaciones en casa- o lo que comúnmente denominamos "Punta Patio".
Por ese motivo, el dinero que iría destinado habitualmente a una reserva frente a la paya o a una cabaña en la montaña, se invirtió en mobiliario de exterior para acondicionar el patio y adaptarlo a los nuevos usos y requerimientos de los distintos integrantes de la familia.
Alfonsina Martelotto, junto a su esposo Matías Arata y su hijo Tomás es una de las tantas familias que no pudo cumplir su deseo de viajar al exterior por el coronavirus y sus planes cambiaron por completo. "Teníamos reservadas vacaciones para mayo 2020 al exterior pero lo tuvimos que cancelar por todo lo que ocurrió. No podíamos ingresar al país de destino, no estaban los vuelos disponibles y aunque teníamos la opción de reprogramarlo para más adelante, decidimos no hacerlo por precaución", contó Alfonsina.
Con los vuelos pendientes y sin haber pagado la hotelería, la familia se quedó y usar el dinero de esas vacaciones para invertir en su casa. "Decidimos quedarnos porque la situación de la pandemia nos cambió los planes a muchos".
Con la decisión tomada, esta familia supo que era momento de cumplir con un proyecto atrasado: la pileta. "Queríamos tenerla en el patio de casa, era un tema pendiente y esta situación nos dio el empujón para poder hacerla. Y comenzamos en el mes de julio del año pasado", relató la mujer.
Con esa importante inversión, la familia apostó luego por el mobiliario de exterior. "Nos acomodamos con los gastos y luego nos pusimos en órbita para equipar nuestro patio".
Reposeras y un juego de jardín fueron la apuesta para darle al patio un toque diferente. "La pileta se disfruta y mucho. Uno puede estar en casa el fin de semana, disfrutar cuando vuelve de trabajar y estar al resguardo", concluyó. +
La familia Cortés también eligió "vacacionar" en el patio de su casa.
Nos cuidamos en casa
La decisión de la familia Cortés también fue clara. Para Eduardo y su esposa Lorena Martini, quienes con sus hijos Agustina y Lautaro siempre vacacionaban en Brasil o unos días en las sierras de Córdoba, el coronavirus los obligó a cuidarse y vacacionar en casa. "Este año decidimos no viajar por la situación sanitaria", expresó Lorena Martini.
La médica y el ingeniero agrónomo apostaron a su jardín en barrio Maipú, no solo para pasar el verano sino para disfrutar del verde que les ofrece. "Siempre nos gusta disfrutar de nuestra casa y sobre todo de nuestro patio, nos gusta mucho las plantas, por lo que siempre estamos haciendo algo ya que requiere de muchos cuidados", comentó Lorena.
Por ese motivo, la pileta familiar hoy cuenta con ornamentos que acompañan para pasar un buen momento en familia y amigos.
Con la pandemia, la decoración y la finalización de proyectos se hicieron posibles, haciendo una inversión a largo plazo. Según Lorena, "el año pasado compramos las reposeras para colocar al costado de la pileta y este año compramos el juego de ratán sintético que siempre nos gustó pero no habíamos comprado".
"Nos faltaba para la galería, la cual utilizamos mucho y este mobiliario es práctico ya que lo podemos colocar también en el patio porque es resistente al exterior".
"La mayoría hicimos Punta Patio"
Los negocios dedicados a la venta de mobiliarios de exterior apostaron fuerte a equiparse con estos productos, previniendo que muchas familias elegirían decorar sus casas y acondicionarlas para pasar el verano 2021, siendo una inversión a largo plazo.
Este es el caso de Roller San Francisco, el negocio de Deborah Medina, que tuvo un excelente movimiento en sus ventas. "El 2020 fue bueno en ventas porque la gente se abocó a la casa y nuestro rubro brinda todo eso. La mayoría hicimos ´Punta Patio" ´.
El negocio, dedicado mayoritariamente a la venta de cortinas, sumó el rubro mobiliario como reposeras, sombrillas sillones, mesas y más. "Estamos muy contentos porque tuvimos una excelente respuesta de la gente", acotó Medina.
Sobre lo que eligió el público sanfrancisqueño, "la prioridad estaba puesta en el confort y la estética para dar un aire de calidez al patio. Ellos buscaron esa combinación y nosotros tratamos de asesorarlo para cada necesidad".
Algo fundamental en lo que pidió la gente fue la calidad y según informó la propietaria de Roller San Francisco, "esto es algo importante, lo que la gente también pidió y pudimos cumplir".
A la hora de las compras, "muchos aprovecharon nuestros beneficios con pago de contado pero también la gente consume los planes que ofrece el gobierno como Ahora 12 y Ahora 18", destacó la vendedora.
¿Por qué son necesarias las vacaciones?
"No hay que confundirse vacaciones con un gran viaje. Para mucha gente, si no se puede ir no son vacaciones. Y otros en cambio, sienten que son tan necesarias que se van igual sin mayores recaudos. Vacaciones es descanso, recreo mental. El estrés es acumulativo y no se cura con sueño sino con descanso", dice Gabriela Martínez Castro, directora del Centro de Estudios Especializados en Trastornos de Ansiedad (CEETA). "En las vacaciones en casa, el descanso y la desconexión son fundamentales para evitar el estrés crónico y los riesgos de enfermedades que produce", explica.
Pero, ¿cómo se puede lograr un descanso reparador en las llamadas staycations? "En muchos casos, la convivencia veinticuatro siete sobrecargó los vínculos familiares. Los vínculos más endebles, no resistieron. Pero estas son vacaciones, es decir que tienen otra connotación. Si bien estamos en un contexto de pandemia hay que cambiar la significación, tiene que haber un desplazamiento de significaciones. La aceptación del otro, aceptar las diferencias, el diálogo, la comunicación, el registro de otro como diferente ayuda a la hora de tomarse vacaciones y quedarse en la casa", dice Mónica Cruppi, miembro de la Asociación Psicoanalítica Argentina.
"Las vacaciones son un respiro necesario en pandemia. Este fue un año muy estresante. El estrés es un mecanismo para responder a desafíos ambientales. Es lo que nos pone alertas y nos permite adaptarnos. El gran problema es el distrés, que es un desequilibro entre la demanda del ambiente y lo que la persona percibe. Estar estresado no es trabajar mucho, sino tener la sensación de que el entorno me pide algo a lo que no puedo responder", explica Roca.
